Staff was pleasant but would never stay here again due to musty smell.

Facilities were outdated and had a musty smell. Furniture was scratched up and not well cared for.

Cruel.

Myself and my autistic child were wrenched from our room and made to wait like criminals in the waiting room because of a booking error. Manager was bigoted and only spoke to Caucasians and staff. They wouldn't let me pay another way and kicked us out on a light storm night! They caused an extreme panic attack break down in my child with autism! It was cruel and violent to treat us that way!!!

I didn't like the ableism, classism, and bigotry!

Great for a 1 night stay!

Spacious room. Large bathroom.

Room didn't appear to have been completely cleaned. Bamboo soap holder was in an odd place by the sink without a packaged bar of soap in it. There was a tube of shower gel but no soap to wash our hands.

Over priced for nothing offered

Location

The room had rust in the bathroom. The ice machine in hall was not making ice and the one on the next floor was slushy. The water for my shower never got hot. When I asked a staff for help he said “don’t speak English” the manager never called back

Disappointed

Overall I was pleased with the hotel. Clean and decently comfortable.

I needed more pillows and waited in the lobby for 30min while also calling the front desk on my cell phone and no one was there. Wish I would have known that no one would be on staff overnight.

They can do allot better

the location itself, The parking was the best

needs to be updated, especially the carpets if you going to allow pets. I don’t like hotels who allow owners to bring their animals especially large animals. This so not sanitize. the pool walls are falling apart and needs to be updated bad. You guys make enough money to put back into your business. cigarettes smells all bad the back B door when you walk in. ice water all on the floor by the ice machine for 3 days with a trash bag as well. We as society needs to do better when asking for others money. Our money is a value and that hotel value has dropped! tremendously! This needs to be fix before bed bugs, roaches and rats come. keep it clean and fresh! Thank you!

It was fine. Generic.

I didn''t know there was breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

The room was freezing. When I tried to adjust, it just got hot and cold all night. Was unpleasant.

Not happy and not worth the money

The front desk clerk was not very professional and we did not receive breakfast like our confirmation told us the breakfast was included in final price. Front desk told us we had to go to restaurant and had to pay for breakfast. No coffee available in the morning is highly irregular anymore and I was very annoyed by the whole thing. Everytime we went to front desk no one was at the desk and had to wait for help. We will never return again. We had friends that also had a room next to our room and they were not happy either. Had to leave and go get coffee. Coffee in room was decaf packets. Not a fan.

Better help at front desk and coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pleasant

The location is excellent. Easy to get to. The shower had fantastic water pressure. Very clean.

Clean but starting to look/feel a little shabby. Could really use a refresh. Ice machine on the main floor didn't work.

Overall it was perfect for our quick night stay to sleep on our way to Florida

They were nice. It seemed safe. Everything was clean. They booked our room before we got there so they upgraded us for free.

It got loud very early... 630am people were stomping and slamming doors. I can expect maybe 730-8 am but 630 was way too early.

The room, the entire hotel, the location, staff were understandably disengaged from their work. Plain and simple, find somewhere else to stay

Very very poor! No attempt to compassionate the cold water situation!!

Not great. Not big selection, food was NOT hot even warm!

NO HOT WATER at all for morning shower!!
