It was comfortable, the staff was lovely, and location was perfect.

I did not partake in the breakfast....it did not entice me what so ever.

Could have had better choices and quality.

Won’t stay there again! Not the restful night we needed before a conference!

Sheets were comfortable.

Carpet was very dirty. Smoke alarm problem. Went off once at 5 pm while we went napping. Maintenance guy said , you can’t smoke in rooms. I have severe asthma so we never have Smoked! It went off again during the night and they couldn’t get it to stop so we had to change rooms in the middle of the night! Not the restful night we thought we were paying for. Mgr wasn’t available to talk to us in the morning but the lady at the counter asked while they didn’t try to replace the battery. We left our number for him to call us but he never did. Poor customer service and we should not have been charged the full price!

Could have been better

First place where breakfast was acceptable.

Place is old and you can feel it. Walls are very thin. In the room next door some couple made a party with loud music between 3 and 5 am and there was no reaction from the reception... :( No access to normal cutlery, everything plastic, even paper cups were additionally wrapped in plastic :( Little toiletries instead of one/two big containers next to the sink/under the shower, no segregation of garbage

Ausstattung und Angebot sehr ok.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Badezimmer war sehr schön, Zimmer war auch sehr schön.

Pool war leider geschlossen weil Pumpe defekt war. Wäre am nächsten Tag wieder zu benutzen, da waren wir aber schon weg.

It was a hotel!

It was an adequate hotel that kept us safe. I am not sure what I expected that they did better than...,maybe the cookies were good and unexpected.

I thought there was a gym (there isn't) maybe that's on me. I couldn't figure out how to get into the pool. The beds were okay, but it was LOUD in our room from other rooms...the walls were paper thin, And the breakfast was terrible.

i liked that it was pretty on the outside, the rooms were clean. not super clean but clean. staff was nice, free ice, free breakfast and pool!

i didn’t like the location, sketchy place. it smelled like weed and was loud outside. one of the staff even said she has to close lobby so the homeless people don’t stay in it.. which it isn’t a problem as long as they don’t harm anyone.. staff wasn’t always where they were supposed to be. one of the staff was smoking a blunt im pretty sure, then came back in to work. the bathroom floor wasn’t dirty but could of been better yk? the hallways were so HOT, like they didn’t have the ac on in the florida weather. it was smoothering, i really hated it.

muy mal olor de las alfombras, camas grandes muy cómodas y frescas, filtros del aire limpios

El aseo y la cama tan fresca y confortable y muy limpia, pero la habitación tenia muy mal olor El desayuno fue exquisito . Parqueo Amplio y comodo excelente internet

El trato de personal fue amable cuando llegue alas 2.00 am , llegue de madrugada solo para dormir por que tenia muchas horas de conducir y me dieron las llaves de una habitación ocupada con gente dentro me sentí muy mal ver gente desnuda dormida en la cama cuando entre fue muy impactante y peligroso a la vez , pésima comunicación entre el personal y me levantaron muy grotezcamente alas 7.15 am por una llamada de la recepción de que mi habitación no estaba paga y que tenia que presentarme de inmediato a la recepción solo pude dormir 4 horas .

Not worth it’s price. The hotel is run-down, cockroaches are everywhere.

Good

The hotel was nearby everything. Close to stores on Hwy200 and other places.

Room furniture could use a good cleaning . Nota top notch room but enough for a short stay.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and also if you get to the breakfast early it is good

It's always an unpleasant thing when you feel you have to be honest and write a " not so nice' review. But hopefully it will help them improve. Aside from the receptionist who checked us in, the rest of the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Some had there kids in the front reception too, making their hair etc . Our first night was nice but thereafter, there were young guests ( teenagers) lounging around in the corridors and one night it was 3am, another midnight when they were hammering on their door, shouting, screaming and the reception did nothing. The hotel was not that busy, so they could have easily separated the guests more. As for the housekeeping, there was empty cups and food on the stairwells that were there from our arrival and when we left. We checked out and the receptionist didn't even say a word, nothing, not even a smile.......if I were the manager of this hotel I would definitely look into these issues

Terrible. We don’t recommend.

*Hot in hallways and rooms. Broken AC units in stairways. *Dirty hallways, pool and pool area. Garbage all over pool area. *Hotel staff with brown hair and birth mark in the middle of her forehead was extremely rude and hostile. She finalized our decision to leave this hotel and go elsewhere.

Exceptional

It was comfortable in the bed . The room it was very clean I like the breakfast a lot. I like dear flexible with the time and the pool. I like they have everything in the room refrigerated microwave.

Do you need clean the front lobby get the clean and the carpet and elevator in the hallways then you have to claim the carpet I like a shampoo.

Good hotel. Could be more comfortable.

Nice hotel. Good location. Felt safe. Near a lot of things.

Bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice before check out time, waking us up.

I probably won’t stay at this hotel again.

The location was very convenient.

The bathroom and carpet in the room were dirty. There were no forks or spoons for breakfast.
