Unwelcoming. No hot water in bathroom sink. Minimal warm water in shower. I will never stay again.

I don’t have anything nice to say at all!!!!!!

We were never more disappointed about our stay and the way we were treated by the manager Esmeralda. We were not notified prior to our visit that their pool and sauna were under repair or renovation? We arrived and found no water and a closed down pool. This pool was very important to us for relaxing and being on vacation. The manager was rude and I have been told it would be weeks to get my refund from Booking.com, and I have had no response at all from the hotel. Esmeralda said even though we didn’t stay an hour she would not refund all of my money. I had to pull resources to go elsewhere and now I am in a budget shortfall because of it!!! I am completely unhappy.

There’s is homeless around the are and too close to the entrance specially the back entrance and made feel insecure and unsafe.

Visit exceeded expectations. Breakfast was amazing-large variety of options! Very clean room.

Breakfast was AMAZING. It’s what made the visit exceptional for me.

Only thing I would say is the room itself could use at least one other trash can in the room. Only trash can available was the one in the restroom.

housekeeping staff was inappropriate and rude. while waiting for the elevator a guest came out of his room to ask for more towels. there was 3 people there cleaning the room next door. All three staff ignored the guest. he asked again, one of the staff members told the other one in Spanish that he wanted towels. the second person said “well he has to bring me his old towels”…they were arguing in Spanish but no one ever talked to guest. he finally got frustrated and went down the elevator with us. Front desk staff and kitchen staff were amazing.

Great location, lousey beds and even worse pillows. Really fine if you don't want to sleep.

Easy access from freeway. Easy parking. Great breakfast with good variety for hot or cold. Coffee in lobby and the room. Microwave and pick up convience food if you needed it. Clean facility. Helpful staff

HORRIBLE beds! Non supportive mattress which you sink into and can barely roll over. Even if you try to sit on the side of the mattress it will colapse and be very difficult to stand. The pillows were useless. They gave 4 but you drown in weak overly soft mush and have to try to make some support out of them. Polyester comforter/spread was attractive but the body heat retention left me in a pool of sweat. Only the cotton sheet was absorbent. Really pitiful! Child size toilets.

Poor Cleaning Food left in room.

The breakfast was as usual delicious and amazing value.. The facilities was adequate, a working computer and printer. The pool area was good.

The Rooms where not cleaned. I moved the mini fridge and found an old food container and food left. Security guard even ce by my room laye and told us that their was noise complaints. Which was not right.
