Air conditioning in the room was great

Property was very run down

Breakfast never was served

Sofa bed mattress had stains on mattress. Not enough sheets or blankets to prepare for 4 adults when they were made aware 4 would be coming.

Nothing!

I didn’t like nothing about this property!

The desk clerk was super nice and friendly

The elevator was not working, we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor with all our luggage which was strenuous with my hurt foot, the first room was real hot so they had to switch us rooms. Very inconvenient all the movement especially because the hotels hallways are extremely hot...would not recommend or will not stay again

The elevator selectors were broken, the bathtub water nozzle was broken, the check in clerk was rude upon us asking for a plastic fork. Half of the plugs in the room didn’t work.

Carpet in the room had stains, very noticeable as soon as you walked in the room

There was mold on the ceiling, the jacuzzi tub did not work, there was left over food left in the fridge.

The general manager was friendly & pleasant to work with

The hotel was old & needs updating. The first room I was assigned was infested with roaches, the kind that fly. I went to close the curtain & a roach flew out & scared me. Then it was another roach across the wall but walking along the wall. I complained & was assist new room. The new room had a very loose toilet. The entire thing moved when you sat on it. My sink was slow & took forever to drain. The shower water pressure wasn’t forceful either. Although I didn’t say any, I believe the bed had bed bug’s because I woke up with red raised welps on my back & leg. I again notified management & I am requesting a full refund. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The general manager Cassandra was very nice but everything was terrible.
