Overall good experience and worth the money.

Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Room was visibly clean.

Bed was VERY FIRM, woke up sore and we did not rest well. Room was visibly clean but smelled like mildew. One lamp on the end table didn't work. Sign at entrance does not light up and made it difficult to locate after it was dark.

The room space and comfortable, close to many restaurants ant shoppings

They need to clean better, and the smell humed to much I don’t is the carpet is to old!!!

Overall it was a good place to stay

The breakfast was okay. Typical of a hotel breakfast. The room was quiet except for when housekeeping started banging on guest doors early in the morning. The pool was nice and quiet.

Housekeeping should be more considerate of guests sleeping in the morning. Room had a musty smell.

Other than the breakfast, it was not up to par.

Breakfast was wonderful and had ample choices for customers to choose from.

AC was not working properly, only fan running and did not cool our room. Cigarette smells were very strong, came through the vents and with the AC not cooling, made that smell 10 times stronger. Didn’t sleep at all as the strong smell of smoking gave us all headaches, and the room was hot and humid.

This can't be healthy for people

The staff was nice

The heavy smell of mold and animal urine was our breaking point. The room was very dirty with personal belongings still under the beds and residue on almost every surface. The only "clean" area was the bathroom.

Will never stay at a holiday inn property or use booking.com again.

Location was good and it was clean

Booked two queen beds and got one, front desk was very unprofessional ,when we arrived she was arguing with guest. Someone else was given our room at 1:30 am and walked in on us while we were sleeping. Requested a refund and to leave when we arrived and witnessed arguments but was told since we booked through booking.com that was not possible.

overcharged for a room I did not reserve and that did not properly accommodate my party of 6

it was clean and the staff was friendly.

I was reserved and was charged $216 for a queen suite that slept 6 and when I arrived was given a queen room that sleeps 4. when I inquired at the desk, the very kind staff informed me that she didn’t have any other rooms or even any vacancy to give us an additional room to accommodate us. Two of my kids ended up on the floor, which is not the biggest deal in the world. However, Booking.com and Holiday Inn management have yet to fix the situation…. or do anything.

location is about it.

It is on the edge of necessary renovations. The exit corridors are dirty & old. The windows are very old & dirty. The room air was extremely humid & window fogged up on outside. It was a mediocre stay & not what I anticipated from a Holiday Inn.
