Friendly staff, good breakfast (except stone sausages) has a small gym and swimming pool

swimming pool area was extremely dirty((((( Everywhere was garbage, nobody cleaned it. Filters in the pool didn’t work at all It’s crazy, water was like in a puddle

Breakfast had many options available could have noted Breakfast time better as we walked in 10 mins prior and was told we had to wait. But only seen 1 sign in the Breakfast area with time on it.

Took a bit to figure out how to turn up heat in room as heat register on wall wouldnt come on and took a bit to find thermostat on wall

pool area could use an update, very humid. Also pool and hot tub’s Chlorine level was so high, everyone was having coughing spasms while even just sitting in the pool area. Rooms were also unusually humid.

Clean and comfy

I've stayed twice now and will be staying again soon. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I love that there is a variety of dining options nearby.

Decent place to stay

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Many amenities.

As I entered the hotel to check in, the front desk gal, Jennifer was vaping at the door. As a smoke free facility I found this unprofessional and dirty. She was kind for check in but employees should not be vaping at front door. Fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously loud.

They couldn't find our reservation. They didn't have any rooms clean and ready for the 3pm check in time. Waited over half hour for the desk clerk to call housekeeping to see if there were any rooms ready yet. The kitchen worker was coughing all over everything without covering her mouth, so we didn't have any breakfast. And the back entrance from the rear parking lot didn't have a lock on the door.
