It was great! Have annual passes to the park, this will be our go to hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the park was great, Charles the driver was very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about the lady at the front desk, i unfortunately don’t recall her name, but I left something in the room when we checked out. I called the hotel and she immediately went to the room and retrieved the items while on the phone with me. This meant the world to me as the items were irreplaceable. Thanks to all the staff to making our stay so enjoyable.

It was convenient and the beds were comfortable.

Exceptional

The staff here are amazing. We travel with our 4 yr old grandson and the staff couldn't be nicer to him. From the front desk staff to the shuttle driver they are amazing.

We didn’t get the right room, then we got a room that it was disgusting super dirty finally we got assigned to another room but the keys wouldn’t work at all. The bed and bathroom was never cleaned or refreshed on the four day we stayed at this hotel. The phone at the room wouldn’t work

clean room, comfortable beds, easy to access

room was exceptionally clean. bed and bedding vey comfortable. towels are tired and could be replaced. staff was not rude but not friendly either

this hotel need to replace towels, breakfast choices are very limited and quality is marginal. they need more quality healthy choices for breakfast, provide proper uniform to custodians

Confortable beds. Large rooms. Shuddle to Busch Gardens.

Over all, the hotel was run down. Rooms not cleaned well. Carpet in rooms stained & dirty. No coffee available in room. Horrible choice of TV channels. Air condition very loud at night waking us up.

sound rip off steps from Busch Gardens

bed was comfy and walls were not thin. shuttle was great. Rick the shuttle driver was really helpful and prompt with pickups.

the price was insane. over $250 a night?? NO SECURITY. back door broken to enter hotel. door open, no key needed! shady.

Needs to be cleaner in breakfast area , rooms are very tight , location wasn’t that good. Pictures look much better than in person.
