Location/ linda in the breakfast area was very friendly . The room was nice. However, we had to wait after 3 o’clock to get a room. We did not have any wash clause in the room.

I had to re-key the key to the room too many times. The staff kept saying we need to keep our key away from my cell phones. My husband and I purposefully kept my key away from my cell phones. However, they keep continue did not function.

It felt dirty, the tile floor was gross, the shower was cheap and shower head awful, door leaked, the room had a bad musty smell and no one ever cleaned the room (we stayed 2 nights).

Everything in the room was not functioning properly & had to be moved to a smaller room that had a few problems too!

It was an enjoyable stay all around with just a few kinks.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The hot tub did not work and the ice machine on the second floor did not as well.

It was ok.

Where it was located.

The TV didn't work at first. The girl who came up to fix it had a little attitude. Ask me if I walked up to it and turned it on, which I had done. The bathroom wall by the shower and door is crumbling from water damage. The breakfast was cold, the sausage was uncooked, biscuits were hard, and the gravy had no taste. The room temperature was really cold or hot, and I could not get it in between.

It was good, nothing to wow about, we were comfortable.

Breakfast was good, the lady that runs it was great. She was friendly and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed.

The young men at the front desk could have been a little more friendly and welcoming.

Location was great close to restaurants, shops and Georgia Southern. Rooms were clean, Staff was friendly.

While the bathroom was clean, they need to make a few minor repairs just for maintenance and esthetics.

The AC in our room was incredibly loud, woke us up several times while trying to sleep. Breakfast was not complimentary.

The fire alarms went off twice on Saturday night. The fire department came out twice and we were evacuated twice from the hotel. Once at 1:10 am and the other at 4:05 am. We woke up the next morning and the fire alarms had been silenced but the lights were still flashing from them. My dad spoke to someone on the fire department and he said it was due to people smoking weed in the rooms. We wish the hotel had offered some kind of apology or complimentary breakfast but they did not. No maid service in the room or if they did the trash cans were not emptied and my parents room had baby oil still in the tub as if it was not cleaned. My parents are in their 70’s so I am thankful they did not fall.

The air/heat unit could not be regulated; thus, the air ran all night. The shade on one of the windows was broken, so a parking lot light shinned into the room all night. The Keurig coffeemaker was not working. The issues were reported to two staff members. We were told that “something would be done” for us. Nothing was.

The location the staff was bery friendly and it was very clean and welcoming...

I didn't like that I couldn't use the stairs but thats because im scared of elevators lol but I understand there reasoning 😊

My grandson played baseball all weekend so the stay was really nice and clean

We had a very nice room I had 2 rooms sat. And 3 rooms on Friday night

There was nothing I didn’t like
