Man kommt in 1Hanalei wirklich zur Ruhe, wenn man möchte. Das ganze Resort ist dementsprechend ausgerichtet.
Kostet natürlich alles einiges. Ist es aber wert!

I would have expected better, it is a bit weak compared to the standards and price of the hotel
Food was lower than expectations, even the famous 1 Kitchen was standard

Otherworldly location, very clean and new, nice restaurants/bars, great pools for adults and kids separately. Right on the beach, sunset views. Spacious rooms with calming design and lights. No plastic anywhere, sustainable concept with paper and wood etc. Many activities and things to do. Close to nature and hiking trail to beach and waterfall. Princeville has shopping opportunities.
It’s a very new hotel, and like most companies on the island, they are understaffed. This means there is some waiting in most steps like checkin, checkout, communication, restaurant etc. They also don’t have a driver yet so you need to fully organize your own travel methods, there are almost no taxis/uber.
Of course, everything is quite pricey. but worth it!

Great location and fabulous facilities and an unbelievable view
. Hotel still has teething issues with service at restaurants and at pool. Doesn’t seem enough staff are working their and they are understaffed

gorgeous
they were very short on staff

The location, quality of the renovation, rooms, pools and views were perfect! Some of the classes we participated in were also very fun. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was the best check-in experience that I have had!
They are still a bit short staffed. The food is just above average and could be better to match the high quality of the property.

Location cannot be beat.
Breakfast was amazing.
Vibe and aesthetic of the hotel was excellent.
They are still working out some opening kinks.
Understaffed and bathroom needed more hooks!

The property, staff, view, pool area, lobby, entrance, rooms, etc.
The food was too earthy for me. Everything else was off the charts.

This was a 5 star hotel and experience! The food was excellent - especially Welina Terrace. It felt like an experience to be here, but just a hotel stay.
The only time we had poor service was the two times we went to 1Kitchen. We had the same waitress both times and she hardly tended to our table.

Outstanding views, great pool, restaurant, bar and beach.
The room was big, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Just A bit old, musty smell in the halls and the room. Parking was not included (35 dollars per night). Overall, I would have expected more for that price.

The view is unbelievable. I don't think you could find a comparable one in all of Hawaii. We had a VIP manager, Robert, who texted us and kept us abreast of the things that we were offered as part of the hotel. It was very nice to have someone at all hours to text and ask for something.
The building was a little outdated. I heard from one of the staff members that it is going to be renovated in May of this year though, so that will be an improvement. The food also wasn't stellar for the price.

I loved the morning yoga, that was one of my highlights for sure, the teachers were great, the yoga space, views, ambience was the best, such a great way to start the day!!
I loved the pool area, gorgeous views and beach.
Lots of things to see within walking distance, or a short drive.
The service was excellent everywhere, from poolside to checkin to valet and more.
The pool was wonderful. The views were inspiring! We loved our stay!
The yoga was top knotch!!! But the only criticism I have is that the mats were kind of sweaty smelling, they should wipe them down with a nice essential oil cleaner!
My only other critique is that I would rather see ocean-friendly straws instead of plastic. Save the turtles!
