Bed was comfortable. That was the only nice thing about it

The convenience to the arena

It was loud. Uncomfortable for sleeping. No way to adjust the temp of our room so we were told to crack our window. The breakfast food the next morning was cold.

I would stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the bathrooms in the room. There is no privacy or vents you could turn on.

Other than the bathroom I would say nothing. They offered really good coffee you could get all day.

Good location.

The room was very dirty. Filth, dust, hair on the floor, plastic wrapper by the bed. Dirty bathroom. Leaking water in the bath, mold.

Hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality and cleanliness.

Dirty clothing left in our room from previous stay; toilet had old pee on it and on floor; tub wouldn’t drain; hotel bar was filthy; front desk clerk said “it’s better for us if you stay in the room your booked” when asked if we could move to a king bedroom

Stalinist style but ok

I arrived at 7:20am to have breakfast in the dining room I ordered fried eggs ,brown toasts with coffee .At 8 am ,I was served cold scrambled eggs and cold white bread toast.No coffee. I had to go to work .I left

terrible, never again

The location was good

I was on a quiet floor there was a lot of noise. Hotel staff did nothing about it and I did not sleep all night. The heating system was very noisy as well. I expected a total refund but got no sympathy from the staff. The noise was other patrons on the "quiet floor," not from outside as the hotel responded. AND........ I DID notify the hotel of my issues, they completely ignored it. Don't stay here.

Horrible

I liked how close it was to downtown.

When we came into our room the beds were not made and all messed up. And when you laid down on it, it would tip to one side. Then the room was 80 degrees and the air did not work and we had to open a window. We even called the front desk to talk about this and all they offered was new sheets instead of a new room. And they said the air was turned off because it’s winter so that’s supper inconvenient because no other hotel I’ve been to in the winter does that.

Size of room was great. Mattress on pullout sofa could be more comfortable. I’ve seen better sleeper couches. I felt bad for my teenage son. Otherwise the property was exactly what we expected.

Also parking can be a bit rough.

It was convenient and did have a restaurant and bar which is a plus. Room was too cramped.

The woman at the bar was very cordial and extremely efficient. The gentleman handling the breakfast meal was also very good. Was very surprised at the complimentary breakfast - quite a variety to chose from off the menu. Thanks

I have never been in a hotel room as poorly laid out. Absolutely no room with some type of an after thought box stuck under a counter to accommodate a refrigerator and microwave. Great hazard.

Facility was modern and centrally located.

6th Floor corridors weren’t vacuumed and clean. Front Desk staff were confused about their duties. Asked the same question to three different employees and got three different answers.

good for the most part due to convenience of being close to the office

close to the office I was teaching at.

cleaning wasn’t that great, very loud when I was on a quiet floor after 9pm! most business professionals need to work the next morning and most people on the floor are business professionals. I am a RN

According to the menu breakfast was until 10:00. We arrived about 8:45 but the rest of our party arrived a couple of minutes after 9:00 and they had locked the doors and wouldn't allow them in. As a result we left without having breakfast.
