I would book this hotel again.

There was a variety of breakfast options from eggs to fresh pancakes that made it easy to start the day. The location was easily accessible from the interstate and a short drive to Fort Jackson. Everything was clean and well kept.

Great, hot breakfast! Staff did a great job of making our stay comfortable.

There was a software issue with our room key card. This was not the staff's fault and they worked diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

toilet broke in 321 no hot water in 207!where my family stayed. Their toilet malfunctioned as well ice machines out of order

this was awful, humiliating, and I will never stay again

the location was okay.

I was called and made felt like I had to leave near midnight 10-15 after my arrival because my one year old son was crawling on the floor while I used the restroom upon arrival. The short time he was there, his legs and feet were BLACK.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were always friendly when we were coming and going!

The breakfast options were great, and the two women we met during our time there were friendly and helpful.

The elevator was very slow and could use an upgrade.

Location was close to track meet venue. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning unit made noises all night. The hall was very hot. The hotel was very out dated. The pictures in the booking were not of this facility.

Clean & Convenient

The property was clean very accommodating! My family and I drove a little over 12 hours for a family reunion and we arrived to Columbia a little earlier than expected. Valencia works it out so we could do an early check in! We did have a slight issue with the toilet but the staff got right on it and made sure it was taken care. I definitely recommend !!

Outdated and a bit dingy. Most of the staff almost made up for everything else

The location wasnt far from the places I needed to be for graduation. The check in amd check out staff were nice. The cleaning lady was very informative and accomodating

When I called in about my early check in request, the person who answered hung up 3 times. When I finally got her to answer, she said "we dont offer early check in. You can come at 3" ...then hung up
