Great location with everything we needed.

Great location everything near by. Very friendly management and staff. Breakfast was great they had things for children and my favorite was fruit and toast. The room was exceptional. I loved getting coffee any time a day.

ok, needs better temperature control in the rooms

the location was great and it was clean, breakfast was good

the air conditioning did not cool the room. the bedroom area was ok , the area with the sofa and table were really hot. there were no fans available to move the air around. the pool heater was out

Very clean and I liked the handicapped bathroom that had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower in a nice dispenser.

Breakfast was the best we had at a hotel. The room was nice & comfortable.

8" of snow on Saturday!!! But we were close enough to the bowling alley, so the ride wasn't too bad. Day manager said he tried all the dances but Mother Nature didn't cooperate! HaHa.

Excellent room and service..

The place was as clean as you could ever ask for.. All amenities were easily accessible.

Way too expensive for the noise level

very very noisy! Sounded like someone was doing cartwheels above our head, dogs were barking uncontrollably, doors were slamming well into the night.

I love that I can bring my dog

The swimming pool and hot tub was very nice and clean

Breakfast need eggs without cheese a better variety of meat but it still was good cuz they open a little longer lots of gas was there this time

Very nice!

The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable beds. Quiet and clean!

Breakfast was okay, could be a little better with more variety of items and the set up was tight, not easy to navigate through when more than 3 people are trying to get breakfast.

The pillows. The gentleman in the breakfast room and the clerks were extremely nice. Very helpful.

The television choices. Just awful. The settee in the room was very uncomfortable. We just didn't feel comfortable there. I'm sorry.

Expensive for the mediocre experience.

we liked how it was close to the venue of Miss WI and shopping, restaurants etc. The staff that were at check in and out were pleasant but you could tell they couldn’t do anything to help the situations.

I was VERY disappointed with the accommodations themselves. Our room was tiny for a KING it was basically a bed shoved in a room with bathroom. we were only in there to sleep because of this. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain and water backed up we left a note for housekeeping and they ended up pressing it even further down so it took an hour to drain out, the bathtub drain as well. Took a shower with water being half way to the knee by the time the shower was done. The breakfast was mediocre the hot food wasn’t really hot, and the others were ok.

Gross. There were bed bugs.

Found a bed bug on my sheet. I took photos and facility didn’t believe me.

I don’t like bed bugs and risking taking them home with me.

It was in a nice neighborhood. And the staff was all very nice.

Our room had big ants crawling in and out of the A/C unit. And there must have been a gymnastics meet on the 3rd floor as most of the night it was noisy. Not sure I'd stay again

location was great very close to everything I needed. I felt very safe would definitely stay there again if needed to.

there was an open soap bar in the shower that had a hair on it otherwise everything was really nice.

Huge disgusting stain in carpet right in front of bed. Only 1 K-cup with caffeine in the room and 1 k-cup of decaf??? View out the window of a $129 room is a trash can area with a shopping cart from a random store tipped over??

Pleasant

There was no bath tub which I wouldn't have stayed if i knew. The window screens were falling out. Gap in window. One remote and just a power button and volume control. They need more waste baskets and chairs. They didn't clean room while there. One day breakfast ok the next they stopped putting out hot before 9. Biscuits were burned

You have room to i.prove. update rooms check for stuff that needs to be fixed. Change your web page to update. Front desk lady was great

it was clean property and location

there was blood on towels in tht bathroom, the window shade was automated and it wouldn't close so ppl outside could look into the room so I had to keep the lights off. in the morning when I woke up I noticed the wad dry blood on the sheets.
