Idealer Standort um nach Rocky Mt NP zu fahren.
Das Personal beim Checkin war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Besten Dank!

The breakfast was fine, about what you would expect.
I thought having to pay $12 per day for parking was ridiculous. It's not a shared parking lot, not a public lot, it is the hotel's lot. $12 per day to park is a big negative. Had I noticed the fine print in my booking paper work, I probably would have cancelled and gone elsewhere.

Breakfast was good, relatively plentiful.
The pullout bed was uncomfortable for my colleague.

We had a 2 room2 bath suite. The space is perfect. We did not cook as we were out every day but we did use the microwave. coffee maker and dishwasher.
I could smell cigarette smoke coming in through my bathroom vent even though we were on a non smoking floor, but you can't honestly control that. Even though we saw pets on the premises, we could not hear any on our side.

location and view.
more like a $125-$130 a night hotel. even during the summer.

extra charge for parking. In Loveland?

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. My daughter and I loved the coffee bar area - lots of options.
We had moths in our room - the one window near the bed wouldn't close all the way so I think that's how they got in? Not a big deal but still, not ideal.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices including hot items. The rooms are spacious and super cleaned. We loved the ability to bring our dog too.
The only TV in the dinning area was tuned to Fox News Channel. I never watch that channel so we did not enjoy eating in the dining room.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast were good
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

location and personnel
they charge $12 a day for parking it’s on the edge of town with ample parking
4.2
The property was modern, clean, well maintained.
They charged $12 per night to park your car. This is not valid parking, nor is it in a parking garage. It’s just outside in a normal parking lot. A bit of a bait and switch in my opinion when you search for a hotel and get a price. Then you go to book that hotel to find out there’s a $12 per night extra fee just to park your car car.

I enjoyed my mini vaca at this location. The staff was amazing. Kobe was so cool to meet. Biggest and most amazing doggie I've ever met. Such a cutie he was. The whole experience was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The room was large, large refrigerator, hot plate, full kitchen sink. Laminate flooring in the "kitchen". It appeared that it had been recently updated as all the kitchen and bathroom fixtures were really shiny. Not cleaning chems had dulled them yet. Bed was clean and comfortable, no complaints there.
Here's where I wasn't impressed. Arrived on a cloudy dark night. The entrance was on the other side of the building, opposite of the road. If there were signs pointing to the entrance, they weren't visible. The actual entrance was very dimly lit. One light was dead, and the other halfway there. Actually questioned if they were open. But it was 7pm. So of course they were.
The place was not busy at all. Maybe 15-20 cars in the parking lot. We were given room 202. Furthest from the elevator. Not a big deal... There's stairs right outside the door to an exit. Parking lot wasn't full, I'll park right outside, I'll use this door rather than the elevator. Buttttt.... The door was out of service. Couldn't go in or OUT of that door. (Think that's a fire code violation.) So if there was nearly no one booked in this place, why in the... were we assigned the furthest point in the building. I mean at the absolute minimum, the person checking us in could have mentioned that the exit was unusable. But why put a guest that far when there were plenty of vacant rooms.
Two last things (very minor). Couldn't find an ice machine in the building. The refrigerator did have an ice maker... But if you're there for only one night. You'll have to go find ice from another business. Second. The kitchen sink sprayed directly at you from the faucet. The diffuser on the end was not screwed on properly and it sprayed out.

We enjoyed th location and th kids enjoyed th pool. The breakfast wasn't th same every morning.
Paying for th parking fees don't understand why we would have to pay for parking when we were in a secluded area

From check-in to checking out, everything was seamless. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. It felt like home.

very nice property. high quality and good breakfast.
the A/C was loud when it went on - loud enough that we repeatedly woke up to it during the night. I also didn’t like that - despite the stated total price on booking.com - they charged us an additional fee each day for parking. apparently it’s in the “fine print”. ridiculous given the open space parking lot.
