Rather disappointed!

The breakfast was ok.

The shower had black mold around the shower pan and tile grout. We chose not to shower because of this!

No elevator so pain to drag bags up stairs, carpet dirty, hallways dark and dingy. Two towels had something on them. My Sister had a room too but fought to get her money back due to stains on the sheets and the odd smell in the whole place. I didn't feel like arguing it was late so I stuck it out I didn't have kids she did so I don't understand not wanting kids on those floors

UNACCEPTABLE

The staff were not friendly at all. The room had a bad odor, broken smoke detector, shower handle and dresser drawer there was also blood on the wall in the elevator, I brought this to the attention of the staff and when we checked out it still had not been addressed. People were standing right out the front door smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol The pool was very dirty and the weight room had a very strong odor. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Was close distance to where i was traveling from.

They are scammers and room was dirty

The location

They charged me $60 over my booking fee. I called four times for my money back they kept telling me they would and never saw it. The room had cough drops and Kleenex around the bed. I had to clean the room when we first arrived.

Overall, the room, for an average cost of 250 a night was not up to that price point standard.

We enjoyed the bed, location, and Keurig coffee maker in the room.

The room was in poor condition, walls falling apart, room was not cleaned properly, very noisy neighbors, could hear everything in the lobby, and bathtub was also falling apart.

Sucks, will never happen again

No breakfast sucked. No fruit, no bananas, no juice. Only one kind of cereal. I frosted flakes. Waffles, Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. You had to take them out of the refrigerator and warm them in the microwave. No meat, no eggs, no biscuits and gravy, no donuts or rolls. It was a joke.

Needs some maintenance

Front desk girl was a total sweetheart

The hot tub jets did not work, the toilet handle had to be wiggled to get it to stop running. Dingy carpet, overall it was just OK. Overpriced for the conditions.

Close to the beach

The room was very dirty. Mold in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Lot of sand in the carpet. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and entrance. the room smelled so bad I had to go bye some febreeze to calm the smell down. The bathroom door drug on the floor and would not open all the way. I paid for a 1 bedroom suite and got a room with two beds. Will never stay there again.

I would never stay there again.

It was close to our leisure activities.

It was dirty. Our room smelled like mold/mildew. The room hadn’t been cleaned out completely. Some of the staff wasn’t very pleasant.

Loved South Haven, but would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

The proximity to things that interested us.

Our room was unclean, wrappers left by previous guests on furniture and left over dust and other particles in the beds. Loud guests surrounded us. Front desk was kind to previous guest at check in, and dismissive of us as we checked in. Bathroom floors and shower didn’t look clean. The bottles for guest use in the shower we’re all empty. Not at all a good value for multiple days use.

It was pretty hectic think may have been short handed. Not someone at counter usually had to call number on Cell. No Ice maker pool was little dirty. But all in all was nice place to come lay your head down for evening and get out and go do your thing. Biggest complaint was we got no towels delivered on 2nd day.

clerk offered us a cancelation and we did not stay. went to holiday inn express

room smelled of smoke bathroom stained capet ragged the room was bad, you would not stay there

second room offered window shade ripped lamp shade stained brown and elaments of mode like crap
