After that small inconvenience, the overall stay was a good thing.

I liked the breakfast and the bed was firm.

The customer service representative couldn’t find our reservation. We had to call Booking.com and they straightened it out.

Underwhelming stay

Nothing was above average

Room was not clean. Court yard and grounds were dirty. Did not receive my requested room. I received exactly what I didnt want. Did not offer anything by the staff. Breakfast was bad no pancakes in fact many things out of order. Everything was not up to average level

Disappointed in the air quality, lack of cleanliness including visible black mold.

Breakfast was good. After we were moved the second day to a different room, the room was better.

We paid a lot for a standard king room. There was black mold in the bathroom- very visible. There was dust hanging from the ceiling over and around the bed. The air smelled very musty. We alerted the front office staff. We were told there was no room to move the first night. We were able to move to a different room the second night and it was better, however for as much as this hotel charges it needs a major renovation. We will not be staying here again.

I like that the whole process was smooth. Friendly staff, nice amenities.

The location is a bit away from things. Only a very small percentage of rooms have a view of the lake. Breakfast ends a little early.

Perfect location but facilities need updated

Very close to the lake, 10 min drive from the beach. Very easy to get to.

Rooms felt outdated, bathroom tiles were all cracked, hole in chair upholstery in the room, stains in the carpet. Pool area wasn’t the cleanest

Great nights sleep and great location.

Bed and pillows were extremely nice. Room was a great size.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Items were not refreshed therefore tasted old and barely warm.

Very disappointed for price we paid and property rating. No housekeeping services.

Good breakfast. Nice variety and food was good. Just had to wait to find a place to eat and get there early or you're not getting any eggs or pork sausage.

There wasn't enough places to sit and eat breakfast and it was not air conditioned very well. The attendant announced she was done making anymore food 30 minutes before breakfast ended.

Almost perfect

Staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Our 3 night stay was almost perfect. The only issue we had was coming back from a several hour trip into St. Joseph, we returned to our room ajar, with the safety lock folded in to hold it open. We saw that we had new towels and toilet paper, but our room was left open for literally anyone to enter for several hours, perhaps? Nothing was stolen, thankfully.

The room was a little dirty (floors not vacuumed and tub had hair in it). The room was outdated.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety. We loved our room view of the lake.

The swimming pool had too much chlorine/chemicals. Our 7 yr old son got dizzy and started coughing from the odor. My chest hurt from breathing in the chemical odor.

Great breakfast, the person refilling food was happy, energetic and helpful! She needs a raise!

Our room was to warm, turned off the heat and had to open the window. But once we did that it was great!

we really enjoyed our stay and wish the prices didn’t double in the summer so we could enjoy it more often.

it was clean and the staff was friendly! the breakfast was amazing and the lady in charge of the breakfast was awesome.

the only thing we didn’t like was the very low toilet. we are in our 70’s and there was a problem getting on and off the stool!!!
