Not as booked. Promised full refund only got partial

I was told on several occasions that I would get a full refund since the room that I booked was not available. After several calls and emails a month later I only have gotten a partial refund

Excellent property. Super clean. Appears to be brand new.

Extremely new and clean property. Room was super nice. Bathroom was immaculate (looked brand new). Location was super close to anything you would need.

This hotel is per friendly. The check-in process was easy and the lady staffing the desk was absolutely delightful.

Good place to rest and relax after a long day at work

The room was very clean. Slept well and will probably stay again. The area is nice and lots of shopping around.The lobby was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and will be back

I was charged by the hotel and through booking.com so I paid twice and never reimbursed. The hotel told me its a long drawn out transaction and I would have to be paid back by you guys. They said they contacted you. I tried as well. Still haven't heard anything.

I like Hamptons but housekeeping needs to improve at this one.

great location off interstate with gas stations and restaurants nearby

Our room didn’t have any soap in it when we arrived and for stating that it was sanitized I bear to differ. The phone and bedside lamp had visible dust. The coffee packets in our room also very clearly were dusty. The bathroom floor felt sticky when you walked on it. We stay at Hamptons a lot and this one felt gritty. The breakfast was ok but the tables were dirty and we were there within 45 minutes of when they started serving.

Pet fee of $75 for a 1 night stay was too high, especially as Booking.com reported it was to be only $35.

Terrible and very filthy room and bathroom

Ok breakfast. Reception was very welcoming

Our room was filthy. Had to buy cleaning supplies and bed sheets. Had to clean walls and floors and shower.

Hampton Inn declining fast. Had horrible stay at HI in Houston hospital area last month.

no refrigerator no microwave No portable fan toilet ran all night stuffy mold in shower

Good spot I would return

Breakfast was decent don't like powered eggs. But I get why you use them.

Couldn't control the air conditioning it got a little warm at night.
