The location was great and the staff was really helpful.
There was no breakfast offered but the kitchenette was a nice feature. I was disappointed to learn that they do not have utensils, pans, kitchenware for their guests to utilize if needed.

Location was great. Nice quiet place.
Was not given the king room on ground floor that was reserved. Was put on 2nd floor with no elevator. Stairs are very hard for me. Said room was not guaranteed since it was booked thru booking.com and not directly with them.

The cost for a weekend stay was very reasonable compared to others in the area. The rooms had a good size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dining table, TV, USB charging, and safety locks on the windows. All of which were bonuses to have in a hotel room. Also, this hotel is located close to the freeway and made traveling the area easy.
My main complaint is the smell of marijuana and cigarettes that I could smell in the hallway constantly. I believe it was where my room was situated close to a door area where smokers would gather. As a nonsmoker, this was unpleasant to deal with. Also, my room supplied no coffee pot, hair dryer, or cooking essentials for the stove. Had to make purchases to even utilize the kitchen, and that ate the cost we saved on the room. Also, the pool was closed, and there was no gym in the facilities. If these are known facts for the next guest, then they could bring what they need to make their stay flow smoother.

it was clean and the staff was incredible. the beds were
very comfortable
i liked everything, but this is a property that don’t have a lot of turnovers in their rooms because they normally get customers for long term stays.

Nice room with hot tub. Spacious. Kitchenette.
Although the kitchenette was nice I forgot my frying pan at home so a microwave would have been nice. Maybe a coffee pot…

location was great. room size very good, but for a studio style, there were no dishes, utensils/silverware to cook with. other studio style places provide cooking necessities with stove top cooking.
stairwells leading up to rooms were very dirty

Loved the room. The temperature was easily adjustable and comfortable. Volume on the TV was good. Solid internet connection. Room had plenty of towels, other supplies, and was clean. Water pressure in shower was good too! Beds were comfy and really liked the little table and chair set up with additional seating in room.
Only thing that kept our experience from being a 10 and only reason we most likely wont be back.. There is no elevator and even though I requested a lower level due to knee and mobility issues our request was not met. Going up and down the stairs was painful and time consuming otherwise had a great night. Wish there was a way to ensure lower level so we could come back.
