Will stay here again!

Location was great, bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Bathrooms seemed to maybe need some updating, but not a huge deal.

Our stay was barely sufficient.

The staff was kind.

It is in desperate need of renovation. Our room was extremely warm, even with the air conditioning on very low. (temp was 35 outside). Room had cobwebs and liquid spills on the furniture. We did not feel particularly comfortable.

We stay at this Fairfield Inn every time we are in Canton. It has become like an old friend.

The breakfast was wonderful! Best coffee too! The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay! I want to recognize Emery, Doreen, and Sierra for their outstanding service! They made our stay truly enjoyable!

Everything was perfect! No complaints.

Fact that I could sleep with earplugs in as people outside were loud until midnight.

Old building, everything falling apart.

Average, but not worth the money paid.

When we arrived, the refrigerator did not work. They did call maintenance to have it replaced. Delayed our scheduled event that night. There was 1 ice machine for 3 floors, which was out. The nighttime desk mgr wanted to sell us ice in bags because the machine that provided free ice was out. Either fix the unit, add units to each floor, or provide guests free ice. The pull out couch was broke - and could not be used. No one ever checks these things between stays!

Would not stay there again. In fact I am surprised that the facility meets Marrott Standards.

Location was good.

10:00 am everyday the staff took their break in the breakfast area.They talked so loud that you could not have a normal conversation. My brother and our wives would have breakfast and wanted to visit but that was impossible!They would also shout from the breakfast area to the person working the front desk. The rooms are dated. The drawers on the dressers would not stay shut.

Won’t be going to any Fairfield Inn again.

Location to freeway

Needs a major overhaul by Marriott paint, carpet, etc None of the TV’s worked in entire hotel due to poor internet connections. Couldn’t get a repair by company to come out.

Location

Microwave was dirty. There was an insect in the bed. Also the room was too close to pool room. Excessive noise in the hallways. Just running through the halls at eleven I click at night.
