Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped room. Comphortable bed. Real warm breakfast. Sitting/picniquing area outside with a BBQ grill. A smoker's corner outside with chairs and roof protecting from rain (to whom it may concern). Quick and easy access from/to highway. Clean and pet-friendly - thank you for welcoming our little dog, she was happy staying there :)).

Don’t Stay Here, Things Go Missing!
Me and my boyfriend stayed at this property while our home was being renovated through June 2nd-June 12th and his Jordan 11's (which are some $300 shoes) that went completely missing while we were gone. He loves his shoes and worked hard for them. We told the property managers and everyone else that worked there about them, they claimed up and down that it was under investigation every time I called about them for the last 2 weeks and to see what was going on. I also asked about the cameras that don’t work, apparently.. I went up there to see could I just get a refund and one of the managers said the best she could do was give me a refund for ONE DAY, which don’t add up to $300. I told her to keep that and don’t worry about it, so I called corporate and the man was very helpful.. well a little. He told me to go make a police report(which I was going to do that anyway), because all they can do is message the same hotel that don’t care at all about anything unless it got some to do with them and let them deal with it. It’s ok though, it’s just another lesson learned. I just know next time and I’ll let everyone else know about this place. Thank you.

It is a nice property
The Woman at the front desk around 11:30 a.m. was very rude. NOT professional at all. Horrible experience and I will never book a room at this location again

The whole outlook

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet.
Biscuits and gravy were very tasty the one morning they were offered. Coffee was good.
Proximity to stores and restaurants.
My shower drain was clogged so had to cut my shower short to keep from flooding the bathroom. Maintenance finally arrived by 9 a.m. and fixed it.
One side of closet door was stuck and I had to kick it open from inside the closet.
Would like to have had a safe in room for valuables when I left.
Would like ham or bacon offered for breakfast as I don’t eat sausage.

The location was good - close to shopping, restaurants and freeway.
The outside landscaping was terrible. The building and rooms are older, showing their age and really need updating. This facility does meet Marriott standards, in my opinion.

Bed was pretty comfortable and some of the staff were friendly. That’s it, really.
Where to start? We arrived and had to check in somewhat late. Called ahead, told it was no problem. Got there, the manager running the front desk was immediately and incredibly rude. When she asked for a phone number, I started giving her mine, which is international since we live abroad now, and she got pissed and said she “doesn’t do” country codes. I offered my parents number (they live locally) but apparently she had just entered some local number? And just declined to change it. After her unpleasantness, we went up to the room which smelled like wet dog and found ants all over the bedside tables, on the bed, and on the desk. We killed the ants and went to bed, exhausted. The next day we found a cockroach in the kitchen before heading down to a breakfast with eggs that tasted awful (like the egg equivalent of spray cheez). Then, one of us went to the gym, where the AC is set at a constant and uncomfortable 82F. Apparently repeated requests to lower the temp is not enough to get them to correct this. Heat-related discomfort aside, someone working at or for the hotel followed one of us, a young woman, to the gym, leering at her and making her extremely uncomfortable. He stopped and stared at her from outside of the gym for a couple minutes before locking himself in the bathroom. After that, she did not feel safe using the gym for the rest of our short trip there. Lastly, the stains on all of the upholstery in the room were disgusting. Hard to want to sit on the couch in the room when it appears to be stained by bodily fluid.
I would say to everyone, stay somewhere else. There are multiple long- and short-stay hotels in the area. All of which are likely better quality.

The smell of marijuna was very strong outside of hotel. We stay here every time I have a drs appt in Little Rock. It’s not the first time that it smelled like that .

Nothing!
Roaches in the room and they took more money than what was quoted.

Staff was friendly. According to past reviews they are trying to do property updates.
We had to put a hand towel down in the tub because the tub was so slippery we were afraid of falling. Recommend shower mats for each room. They also just laid laminate flooring in bathroom, but it has started to mold by the tub because they hung the shower rod so high which makes the shower curtain too short for the tub and water leaks out.

breakfast good, location good for me and convenient
room had a musty smell like dog or dirty feet, only one cup in pantry and skillet not real clean

Weight room equipment is non-functioning to the extent where it is a safety issue. Checked in late night, and was left standing at the front desk for 10 minutes. There was no sign saying they would return shortly; lady was extremely rude once she did return.
Stovetop missing knob so one of two burners was useless. Weight room equipment is in horrible condition.

Location was ok but not anything else.
The room was small, the sofa bed mattress was disgusting and the following morning, we saw small brown bugs running on the counter. Yuck!!! We thought, as this was a Marriott, it would be really nice. Wrong!!! We would not stay there again.
