I really enjoyed my stay, the location, comfortable rooms, beds and great staff

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect to explore, i loved they had fresh coffee all day and the staff were very friendly, I felt really safe and welcomed. Full credit to all the staff that run this hotel on a daily basis..they were wonderful

Awful, high price for substandard accimodations. Very bad, pricey and low qualiy.

Location, nite clerk. There would be a huge list of dislikes, but you apparently do not want to see those. I will NOT return

Handicap parking, room very small, heat not acceptable. Very poor lighting. barn door on bath room. NO maid service, no blankets. Electric plus and device charger plugs loose, not working, old, worn out. Room door is so heavy it is dangerous. Bath tub, no instructions. No trash can in the room. No closet. Passageway into room too small. No place to sit.No chairs. No mirror, no light to see a mirror. No guide for TV channels, no description or name of TV program. Turn on a channel see nudity and hear profanity. Bath room very cold. Stupid door. No space for open suit case. Breakfast menu poor and uninviting. Counter with high chairs no good for elderly. whole place, terrible!

Personnel courtois, c’était propre et manquait de rien

À la réception la personne qui nous a répondu parlais vite quand tu connaît pas trop trop l’anglais de parler plus lentement cela aide.

Good value hotel but more modern alternatives are available in the area.

Great location and easy access to I-81. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable.

The hotel appears in need of an update. I had stayed here several years ago. The room furnishings are outdated. Upon entering, my room had a nasty musty smell until I got the AC running. Terry at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming!

It was adequate but nothing great.

The bed was comfortable.

The room felt very crowded. There was only one comfortable chair and the upholstery was torn. The sliding barn door for the bathroom is a yucky idea. Who ever thought that was a good plan?

Great place to stay near SU campus!

This is a great location if you are visiting Shenandoah University. It is directly across the street from campus. It is very nice, was very clean and the staff is super friendly. We have stayed there several times. I have only eaten the breakfast a couple times, but they had a good selection and the food was good.

We love staying at Hilton facilities! They are top of the line, top quality places to stay!

Breakfast was very nice! Just wish there was a meat protein offered, like sausage or bacon. Otherwise, awesome breakfast!

No bar or restaurant within the hotel, or walking distance. Had to drive everywhere.

Comfortable enough for a one night stay. Room felt cramped. Towels were not that fluffy.

Coffee was good. Lemon poppyseed cake was good. Appreciated the yoplait yogurts.

Scrambled eggs did not seem fresh. Breakfast was a bit disappointing -- muffins were hard to figure out. Bananas were not ready to eat and I did not see much other fresh fruit.
