Breakfast ok. Asked for king size bed and got 2 doubles. Too much money for average room. $200 / night

Comfortable, clean and great family atmosphere.

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are big enough for 5. Pool is clean. Breakfast is great. Not a negative thing to say.

cleanliness, location, and front desk staff

the pillows…. they all were non supportive, you lay your head on them and sink down to mattress… I couldn’t sleep…. so took pillowcase off and used the cushion from the couch instead. that actually was much better…. only got about 3.5 hrs of sleep.

Wonderful staff, clean well designed room, you will enjoy your stay!

Check-in was a breeze. The desk staff are so nice. The ladies that served breakfast were amazing and so kind to my grandchildren. The room was one of the best designed I stayed in. It was so clean. The pool was very clean and warm. I’ve stayed in 5 star exclusive hotels and this Marriott was nicer in so many ways. My eldest granddaughter said, “Nana, give them 5 stars”!!

I have not 1 negative thing to say.

Poor

While the bed bug situation was handled well (new room found, credit for nights in room), my daughter was told that since she was visiting her parents in a nursing home she probably brought them. We DO NOT live in a nursing home but an apartment and we don’t have bed bugs. It was an insulting comment and seemed to place the blame on us.

Superb

2 comments: We asked for king bed but got 2 twins. Early AM I was awoken by hearing staff laughing and talking immediately below our room.. Now, normally, I might be upset. But lying in bed, I couldn't help but chuckle and smile myself. I didn't make out what they were saying and laughing about. It was just good to hear them get along, laugh and enjoy themselves. Need more of that in this country.

Good breakfast. Convenient location to university campus. Sizeable room.

Booking site stated a hot tub was on premises, it was not. Room was right outside of the elevators. Would normally not be an issue but the "ding" when the evaluator reached our floor was surprisingly loud.

I booked the room with a whirlpool tub and when I arrived in my room I did not have it. The hotel said Booking .com let me book a room that wasn't available. I did not get a discounted rate.

Bed was not made right, fitted sheet did not stay on. Also there was a slight odor of mildew. Could have been cleaner
