Husband got sick

Friendly staff & very comfortable bed

I was told the pool would be finished filling by Sunday morning before it is time to open if not the night before. By the time we left at 11 am Sunday morning the pool was still not open. My husband got a chocolate milk when we got our breakfast at the hotel & he was sick for 4 days afterwards. Throwing up over half the way home to Tennessee. We was not able to enjoy our way back home from Texarkana to do anything with him being sick. He was off work due to it being fourth of July holiday from Thursday til Wednesday & he was not able to enjoy that time off because of being sick after drinking the chocolate milk. Not a fun experience

It was perfect!

We loved it, plus the bathroom actually had a vent- orher hotels dont use bathroom vents for some reason and looking for the same or better when we travel to California.

we had a coffee machine in our room with only 1 regular packet with no cups/glasses.

property was good, clean

our room had no microwave, breakfast was tasteless, there were biscuits with tasteless gravy/sausage. bland instant eggs, no breakfast meat was offer, even the orange juice was gross.

The beds were comfortable.

The room had quite a few imperfections and wasn’t totally clean. It looked like a room where they took salvaged furniture. There was mold around the tub.

Will never stay here again nor recommend, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED especially after driving over 12 hours.

Room run down out dated. Didn’t feel clean or freshened up. Dark and depressing feel. Not worth the money for what they call “king suite”. Toilet paper holder screwed on wall crooked with dust around it. Has tub that needs re caulked with mold around it. Extremely disappointed for a Marriott Hotel.

Staff was super helpful. Made fresh coffee at night. Brought out more of a selection of packaged food.
