Most likely wouldn’t stay here again just felt that there were other hotels that would cost less and get the same amenit

Great location room was decent

Pool was closed and had to drive to use a pool at another property didn’t receive discount for inconvenience.

Great place to stay

Staff were very helpful and kind. It was very clean. Larger than expected. It's nice that the couch has a pull out twin bed instead of a fold out bed. I also thought the breakfast was delicious. I really liked the television options (max and showtime). It had the option of logging into your own YouTube or Netflix account. You could also access the hotel info on the tv.

The tv/remote seemed slow to respond. Breakfast was a little crowded in the space provided. However, this might have been because we waited until the last 30 minutes.

Great location

This was a wonderful place to stay. Right by Thanksgiving Point (we walked to cornbellys). It was clean, and the staff were awesome. Highly recommend.

It was a less than positive experience.

The location of this property was excellent.

I stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up to a bug crawling on me and immediately smashed it, but it appeared to be a bed bed. The hotel staff was kind and promptly allowed me to switch rooms but at 1am, I was irritated to haul bags and sleeping children around the hotel. Also, maintenance should check door locks as I discovered 2 doors were left open to the public: a side entrance & the outside pool entrance. Finally, I was saddened that the hotel management didn’t follow up with me after the bug incident. I paid full price and left feeling icky. What a bummer. Springhill Suites is typically a favorite hotel of mine.

Superb

Large room, clean. Breakfast was comparatively good. Nice terrace on backside of the hotel which one can enjoy in the evening. Close to Thanksgiving Point attractions.

Completely unresponsive via Booking.com message system. Had to call Booking.com to make a change of the reservation.

Great location and food but pool sucked!

It was right next to Thanksgiving point. Beds were small but comfortable. Staff was super nice and amazing. Breakfast was pretty good but it ends at 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends.

The pool was ICE cold. Like it felt like someone had just dumped buckets of ice in there. Plus it’s much smaller then the pictures lead it to be. And there were some guest who didn’t care to take care of their children In the pool. I’d suggest some extra walk bys of the pool if possible to help.

Will not stay again, several other options in this area

Staff was friendly. Easy to get more towels from front desk. Shower head was amazing!

Beds are too short. I am a 5'5" female approx 140lbs. My feet were hanging off the end so had to sleep "balled up" next to my 6'2" husband of 210 lbs. It was not comfortable for either of us. My 10 year old slept on the other full bed and also had trouble sleeping - which was a surprise as she was in a tournament all day. The pool was under maintenance, and VERY small. We had to go get breakfast as the options available were very limited (basically cereal). The hot options was flavorless and spongy (yucky). No wireless charging, or suitcase stand (which seems to be standard at every hotel I have stayed).

Will not be back, nothing was enjoyable!

Easy on and off freeway.

Beds uncomfortable pillows were no better. The pull out beds blankets gave my son a rash. Then next door a tiny barked the entire night. We got no sleep and then went straight to a funeral.
