Driving cross country from Southern California to Myrtle Beach, this hotel was by far our favorite.

Everything was great! Nice, easy, quick check-in, spacious and clean room, and fantastic breakfast. Front desk staff were all nice and accommodating. A special shout out to Tonie in the breakfast area. She really does an exceptional job!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property or our stay.

I didn't like the cold pool it was really cold and I couldn't get in the pool cause it was ice cold.

Possibly good stay if it weren't for the other guests...

Bed was clean and pretty comfortable. The room was spacious. Furniture was adequate and able to be rearranged. Hot breakfast was good.

In spite of it being a "smoke-free facility" The smell of marijuana met me before I could open the door to my original room. I was switched to the "only room they had left" which was an accessible room overlooking the patio of one of the event spaces. I booked the room for a quiet place to study, but was glad I brought noise cancelling headphones just in case. The plumbing roared everytime the toilet flushed next door or upstairs, the heavy room doors slammed loudly, and I almost feared I'd get a contact high on the walk to the elevator. The lighting was mainly on the bed side of the room, so I was glad I was able to move the desk near the lamps to study.

Overall fine. The room temp and AC issues were challenging.

Staff were courteous and very helpful. Facilities were clean and well appointed.

The air conditioner in our room did not work so the room was too hot to sleep.

your over night people need to learn some hospitality and maybe a lil nicer there was a lot of thing that was going on we had to switch rooms cuz our water and light did not work and the people was rude…… but that cook in the morning she was a delight always smiling very sweet nice and she toke care of my family of 6

The facility is decent, cleanliness was OK but not great. My experience is in luxury hotel management and this would nev

they were hosting a private event in one of their event rooms, the guests were up and down the halls, very vocal, very noisy, very drunk. This continued well beyond the 10 PM time that we were told by the front desk that it would be over. It actually continued until 4 AM! We had to call the desk numerous times and the desk associate young lady confirmed that they were getting a lot of complaints from other guests at the hotel. This is totally unacceptable and I’m going to initiate a charge back.

Overall okay but I would not stay again.

The hotel staff was fairly friendly. However breakfast was a little disappointing due to cleanliness.

Maybe a little more detail to the breakfast area. Children were fixing their food under the age of 10. There was hair in the eggs and people use personal cups to refill their drinks while contaminating the drink dispenser. I also found a blood stain in top comforter. I did have the nice front desk person to switch this out and she did but it was still a little disappointing because at this point I was grossed out.
