Infested with ants manger Kia disrespectful

Close to the hospital for my mom

Kia or Kai don’t know how to spell her name mid size black lady Sumwhat skinny very short black hair she’s the manger very rude an disgusting and disrespectful said even if you smoke outside you need to get a smokin room apparently that’s never happened to me before and I’ve stay in a lot of hotels visiting family she laughed in my face all the other staff were very respectful she should not be working there with her attitude even if you have stuff going on at home you DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON THE RESIDENTS SHES UNTRAINED AN VERY DISRESPECTFUL SHE ALSO ENTERED OUR ROOM OUT OF KNOWHERE ISNT THAT ILLEGAL THE PLACE IS ALSO INFESTED WITH ANTS

Need better signage. Missed the turn into the hotel’s driveway & drove right pass the entrance as there was no sign

Great location near Purdue with amazing staff!

Staff are super sweet and attentive, facility provides the basic amenities— pool, gym, breakfast area, and great location close to Purdue. Also very clean and spacious rooms

Watch the walls

The room was clean and well cared for when I entered

There was a German cockroach just to the left of the bed. I was in there for a few minutes till I saw it. Called down to desk. Was 5 to 7 minutes to come up. By that time, it was down the headboard and was coming towards the bed. I flicked it and desk clerk came up. Didn't offer change of room. I told the morning clerk. Said she would tell the manager. I have heard nothing. I paid $141 for the room. I deserve better

Friendly staff, very upbeat and bubbly felt very welcome and comfortable if I needed something, no attitude whatsoever coming from any staff member.

AC barely worked for our room 208, very stuffy and uncomfortable at night, hot tub jets weren’t working, no coffee after 9am.. pool area messy and soaked, couldn’t walk without slipping even an step.

Room was great. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The tub was slippery. The knob for the whirl pool was broken. The pool was small and only had ladder entry no stair entry option.

All in all, a pleasant staff will help any business/establishment immensely - kudos to the staff!!!

Staff was very engaging and inviting; Staff was also very efficient in terms of responding to guest (something I witnessed on more than one occasion); location was pretty central to the things I needed to get done; and although the facility was somewhat dated, you could see that it was kept clean.

As stated, you could see the wear and tear on the facility from over the years; a quiet area for businesspeople is desperately needed, next to the cafeteria/eating room was kind of tough because some quest/kids were loud - perhaps a screen of some sort would do the trick; and a little more variety for breakfast would help.

Breakfast was good but could use another waffle maker as many people wanted to use and pancakes would of been nice

It was very loud all night in the hallways with children. The walls were thin and could hear kids crying all night. The elevator was broke the beds were very worn out

Adequate for a short stay.

This property was adequate (clean, safe, quiet) as we just needed a place to stay for the night.

Staff was aloof compared to the last time we stayed here. We were not given water bottles or proactively offered the cookies that were sitting there. The elevator has a very strong petroleum smell.
