It was not comfortable and is very old.

Nothing….

Our room did not have any water coming from the faucet or shower. We also did not have enough towels to accommodate a two queen bed room. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work or lock. The rooms and hotel itself is very old and smells like old water.

Disgusting and pathetic!! No one cared!!!

Everything!! No hot water and never got a call. Found out it was the 3rd day with no hot water. Roach in room. At 1:00 am went to Fairfield next to it and got another room at a different hotel!!

Horrible! Nothing like I pictured.

Nothing. It was nothing like i saw online. They are false advertising. I didn’t even get breakfast.

Everything. And the staff was on drugs.

The hotel was pretty empty, it was very quiet.

The pool was closed due to maintenance, the room was ok but there were a lot of imperfections in it (things that could have been fixed to be in tip top shape), I didn't get a receipt and was told they don't give receipts bc it's from Booking.com (never had this problem before), they didn't mention incidentals during check in and j got charged for more. The stay was overall OK but I have had much better stays at other Marriotts.

There was only one lady at the front during check in. There was a line I waited over 30 minutes to get checked in.

Great location

The Ice machines didn’t work. None of the mini fridges in the room were working properly. Stains on the carpets. Needed milk for my son and there was nothing in the market.

Peaceful and relaxing home away from home

Breakfast was really good!!! Bistro needs to be open and pool temperature was too cold. You’ll attract more business and advertising

I'm sorry but I did not like anything about this stay.

When I arrived I did not get the room I booked on my booking app. I was giving a very small room. When I confronted the girl that checked me in she lied to me on a few topics concerning the room

The hotel was musty smelling, the carpet was very dingy and needs replaced (while hotel), there were not many food options in their snack late food area, then the ice machines were not working on 3rd floor or second floor so I got ice by the lobby and when I tasted it it obviously had not been cleaned on a while. Tasted moldy. Then the internet didn't work and the desk said it was down until Monday. Then early .morning the whole hotel lost power ?? I couldn't even dry may hair or get ready. This place is terrible 😔😔😔😔. Do not stay here

The girls who worked the front desk were friendly and helpful. They were extremely nice.

Didn't have breakfast at Courtyard. Went to IHOP

Air conditioner leaked and the rug was wet half way across the room. They had a pipe burst and we had no water. When we did get water it was dirty and blocked the showerhead. We had to get our room changed. The tv did not work right. We had to have the it people come to the room twice to reboot the tv.

Nothing

Roaches and the smell. The room were old and you can tell there was water damage. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was grossed out when I saw the roaches. I just couldn’t believe it.

The staff were friendly and exceptional with the time I was there. The longer hours in the pool area. The front desk team were great.

Not having the jacuzzi there anymore and the workout room closed.

Exceptionally clean, wonderful air conditioner, helpful staff!

The staff was the greatest. More than helpful and friendly.

The only minor dislike compared to other hotels was not having a good breakfast available. It is nearly expected in other places where I stay.
