we stayed here traveling through to Texas but there is plently better hotels in the safe

it was clean and comfortable….However I feel the personnel could use a lesson on integrity and mannerisms…As we came we had to wait for a while until a lady came finally to check us in …we asked if we could pay on cash and she told us that she can not take any cash at that moment but we could very well do so when we check out in the morning ….we’ll …we went to pay and asked to pay in cash in the morning only for the front office lady to tell us”No sorry they never accept cash ?when we stated what the lady told us the night before she developed an attitude asking in a very rude way “ahhhh are you saying that our person last night was lying ?”Seriously ?don’t tell people one thing then say another and excuse the fact that who ever works there obviously either they don’t communicate with each other or try to find lamé excuses…..Tye reason we don’t like using our credit cards while traveling through OCKLAHOMA is that every single time we passed through our credit and debit cards were compromised…….Lastly I asked to get my points for my stay and she claimed she could not find my information and of course I’d loose what points I could gained for the stay …..Well thanks but no thanks !!! I will and neither any other members of my family or friends will ever stay in this hotel !!!Worse place ever !!!!Also they have put incidentals in the credit card although there is nothing in the room to charge this for …..watch out people this place is a scam!!!

My Last Two of Five Nights

The hotel was very clean. Location was good for highway access and nearby restaurants.

The fitness room only had one elliptical machine that worked. The other elliptical was broken, and the treadmill would not turn on. The sauna at the indoor pool room was roped off and not working. The pool room door was constantly propped open to the outdoor patio, so there were numerous mosquitos in the small pool area. The pool could use some refurbishing, too. The hot breakfast options were somewhat limited for me since I don't eat pork or red meat, but probably overall OK for most people. The dining and food areas were very clean, though. For my first reservation, I had a room on the north side, 2nd floor, which was wonderful... quiet, cozy, clean. The last two nights on the south side, 4th floor were the opposite. The traffic noise from the highway was very loud on both nights. I had a screaming infant next door on the 1st night, then on the 2nd night, a terrible woman with three young children was in the adjoining room on the 2nd night. She screamed and cussed her children from the time she checked in at the lobby until I checked out at 11:30 am the following day.

Not terrible, not great.

Staff was very friendly

My pillow had two hairs on it when we arrived. There was also long hair in the bathroom. No lotion was provided. We went down for breakfast at 7:30am and all of the sausage was already gone so we had to wait awhile for it to be made. Breakfast is not over until 9am. There was only one waffle maker so it was another long wait as the family before us all wanted waffles. The biscuits and gravey were a little doughy but it wasn’t the worst thing. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable we did not get good sleep. It is a spring bed.

The room was smaller than I thought the hot tub was not working the pool was not heated at all and your front desk lady asked my husband is there anything we need to know about in the room I've never had anyone ask me that when staying at a hotel

It was clean and quiet. Tv had Netflix but front desk staff had no idea how to login , it just buffered

Called and messaged ahead to request early check in, was going to be up for 24 hrs so anxious to sleep, offered to accept additional charge too. I received a response that "yes" I could checkin early. When i arrived and showed the message, i was told there were no rooms available to check me into. The only response was " we try to if we can" - so I had sleep in my car (felt unsafe) until a room was ready. I should have been told this would be a possibility before i arrived.
