Airport shuttle service, the bed was comfortable
Interior - dark, downgraded - depressing
4.5
The free transportation to and from the airport was incredible and the driver was super nice. I am in a wheelchair and he carried all of our luggage all the way into the room while my husband wheeled me in the wheelchair .Also, the buffet breakfast was fantastic. The best thing was getting to park our car at the hotel for $50 a week while we flew. It's so much safer and cheaper than the airport parking.
We liked everything!
2.5
Close to the airport but not a great location.
Needs updates and repairs

Clean and Beautifully Furnished. Had a nice full service restaurant.
There was a large and loud party at the Restaurant upon check in, which was followed by loud individuals that were fighting right outside my window facing the back parking lot. At times the fighting lead to my 3rd floor hallway with doors slamming and arguing that carried out into the early morning hours. It was tough to get a good nights rest and to feel safe.
3.5
Close to airport.
Hotel is quite used and not fresh.

Breakfast is excellent.
Rooms are showing their age. Peeling veneer on the bathroom door.
Mold on grout in shower.
Toilet runs constantly.

Not much
Let's see I called to see if the football game was on in the bar....rather than order room service. I was told it was. When I went downstairs, it wasn't! Came back up and ordered room service. Which was $32 for a Chicken sandwich and a coke. When I took the sandwich down the lounge was opened for the floor I was on. And was serving food! I took some for my late arriving friend. The gentleman hosting for the Sheraton said he had 3 folks show up during his almost 2 hours there. I said I didn't realize this was available and never would have ordered room service. Oh yeah he said, we're here. About 5 minutes after I got back to the room the manager called me and asked if I had some status with Sheraton to access the room. I said I'm an American Express Platinum holder...oh she said that doesn't count. NOT HAPPY! I was made to feel terribly uncomfortable!

Facility. The pool atrium. The artwork.
Food selection. Bar selection. Bar staff. (Gin & Tonic without tonic) Restaurant staff. Untrained. Disengaged.
3.5
Beds were comfortable. Bar and restaurant were decent and the pool looked good, though we didn't use it.
Nothing in particular. It was fine for an airport hotel.
4.5
Did not have breakfast but food in the bar was great.
3.5
Room and bed, especially quality of sheets and pillows we liked
Had to ask for other room as the first room given was having a sickening “aroma”, festering on our lungs
4.5
All good, our favourite hotel, stayed here lots of times before, so it must be good
Nothing

Good, clean, and efficient. Would stay there again.
I paid extra for the breakfast but had to argue with the desk clerk to get a voucher to get the food. By the time I got the voucher, I had to leave. She blamed it on Booking.com, I'm out $26.00.
4.5
The atmosphere, location and the accommodations were very good. Not very close to activities but nothing Uber can't fix for under $20 each way
The front desk staff wasn't thorough. Didn't give any pointers about the property nor the room, she just threw the key card on the counter. There were events close by, but they didn't even care to advise of anything that might be of interest. We were told there would be robes and slippers in the upgraded room we purchased, but there was only one robe, no slippers.

Preis/Leistung miserabel
Viel zu teuer
Das Hotel ist etwas ältlich und nur mäßig gepflegt.
Empfangspersonal (insgesamt drei Damen) unqualifiziert, unmotiviert und nicht freundlich; macht Dienst nach Vorschrift.

I usually stay there when I have an early flight out of the Charlotte Airport. Very convenient and I can leave me car there. They have a nice bar/dining area which serves very good food.

front desk people were excellent
soda machine either did not work, or would not take $5 bills.
No bar soap.

Spacious and clean.
Property was nice…but my issue was with an additional charge they made after I checked out without telling me. I had to call them (several times) after my travels because they wouldn’t answer via this app message option or email. They charged me the taxes although everything was paid via Booking.com app. If I wasn’t knowledgeable on what I was doing and the way I paid….the accounting department had the entire story lined up about how upon check-in they charged part of the amount and the taxes upon check-out and none of this was true because I paid the entire stay before getting to the hotel via the booking.con app. Check your bank/credit card statements people…in case this happens to you!

Everything was very clean and beautiful inside. Loved the pool
That I got charged twice and even brought it to the lady at the front desk attention. Still waiting on my refund hopefully will be in my account by Friday. Other than this loved everything else.

The staff was incredibly good. They deserve so much credit! We also really liked the restaurant. Breakfast was very good, and we loved that we could get some food when we arrived late. It is open until midnight. We enjoyed the pool also.

Food was good and beds very comfy
One of the Reception staff a bit short and not very friendly but the rest were lovely especially in the bar
