Good location and value for money.

Location is quite near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Was pleased that they were able to allow for early check in. Short walk to Starbucks (for breakfast if you do not want the hotel breakfast), and a few restaurants. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Breakfast provided by hotel is nice, and think price is comparable to cafes nearby. Service can be a bit slow when a lot of guests as the cafe counter stuff probably prepares the breakfast ordered. Room is generally clean and sofa able to be converted to a bed if needed. The small gym is nice although I am not a serious user.. Too cold to try a dip in the swimming pool. :)

1 side of the hotel rooms are facing the Highway so is quite noisy at night. Will be a problem for light sleepers. Can request for rooms not facing highway. Did not have kettle in room, though can use the coffee maker to “boil” cups of hot water.. In fact, water dispenser in the gym does not have warm water. Not used to the softness of bed, though can imagine some people will like it. Odd though the basin is not in the toilet and just outside.

It’s very close to Costco so there was a bit of traffic. Also the bistro wasn’t open.

Discriminates against those of age 18-20!

It is clearly age discrimination not to allow a 19 (clearly an adult, who is of age and responsible for their actions) not to be able to check in for a place to stay when out of town! Put us in a terrible situation thinking I had a place booked for my daughter to stay when out of state to find she was not accepted. Set stressful to say the least. But found another location that allowed… very disappointed in Marriott to say the least!!!!

I am relocating from TN to TX and so far this has been our favorite stay in our journey so far.

The cleanliness and the pool were my favorite details and the proximity to food and Walmart. I was traveling with my 8 year old and felt safe and secure there.

The only problem we had was our last night, our neighbor in 826 had music playing way too loudly at 2am. I called the front desk and the kind lady assured me she’d call them. The music didn’t stop, I just dozed off around 4am. (also the hotel phone was broken)

Comfortable and great service from the front of house staff.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and there was no request too difficult that they were not willing to help with. Comfortable room and good facilities but it was the front of house staff that stood out.

Awful, Dirty, Iffy people walking around and rude staff.

It was close to the location our event was at. And NO it was not the Maverick

The hotel is very rundown, Elevator is crickety and noisy, The luggage carts had flat tires and could not be pushed around with only one person. You can't get in any of the outside doors only the front door. There were 2 women standing outside asking for money, the way they looked they were on drugs. they were also staying at the hotel. We checked in and the front desk person was not very nice, she walked us up to the room and opened the door; the room smelled and when I asked if it was a smoking room she informed that if WE smoke in the room there is a fine, I told her the room smells like smoke she said that she can bring up Febreze to help she also stated that they were booked and there where no other rooms,. we bought our own. I told her I booked a queen bed and paid more for it and she said this is the room we get. We had a pull behind enclosed trailer we were needing to park there on Sunday and she was very iffy about leaving it there with it not hooked up to our vehicle. We choose not to leave it after seeing the rest of the property. We will never stay there again.

The property was near the location that I needed to be close to. It was very convenient. The area is quiet and very inexpensive for that night. Will definitely stay again.

the location was convenient

Toilet overflowed in my room, late at night so we had to switch rooms about 11pm. I paid for a breakfast included room but there was no breakfast available except made to order and it was not included in what I paid for. The staff said they could only give me $10 off one person I had three others with me. Also chose this hotel due to the laundry facilities so I could wash my kids basketball uniforms after their game and their laundry room was not available nor did they have an option for any laundry services. Phones in the room didn’t work so you had to go to the front desk for any service. Remote did not work. Overall not worth the price. I could’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel and they would’ve had the amenities I needed and paid for.

The rooms are nice and clean and spacious.

The hotel was doing some construction and the crew started working very early in the morning (around 6:30 a.m.) which woke us up and didn't allow us to get back to sleep despite not arriving from our flight until about 2 a.m. We also didn't get breakfast provided, despite it being part of the deal, because "the breakfast employees just didn't show up".
