All in all, a nice stay. Would come again.

The only thing I felt needed improvement was that the desk staff were on their phones and were not very attentive. When they interacted with us they were nice, but you had to stand there for a minute to get attention. A bit inhospitable for that main point of contact with the face of the hotel. As we walked out , I waited to see if they would thank us for coming, but they just stayed on their phone.

They closed the slide early and the hot tub didn't work properly. The also overcharged me for the stay.

I enjoy the suites especially traveling with a teen and access to coffee all day and the free breakfast.

the pool didn't have towels on hand when we went but fortunately we brought our own with us to the pool.

I didn’t like how the hotel was outdated and rooms smelled like mildew and wasn’t all that clean to the point that I had to go buy me some clean sheets and comforters to feel comfortable to sleep on the bed which felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress uncomfortable

door to our room was finicky, had to go to front desk twice to get new cards/help opening door. was never told anything upon check in - breakfast hours, where it was etc. was NEVER told about water slide only being open on weekends.

very dated appearance. Pullout couch broken and found unusable at 1030 pm kids already sleeping so no option to move. carpet thread bear in multiple spots, toilet did not flush right, lighting wayyyyy to bright, asked when booking of water slide would be open and received email back stating “we will be able to fulfill your request” water slide was not open. very disappointing

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast. Children loved the waterslide for the pool.

The hot tub was cold, not even lukewarm, but straight up cold water and didn't seem to be a point of concern for any of the employees, as if it were normal. Breakfast area was very tight, space wise, for all of the guests.

Breakfast was decent, just very hard to find a seat and took forever to make a waffle because of the line and crowded area.

Pool was extremely crowded and no staff was around to watch. Kids were piling on the slide going down in multiples or one immediately after another and trampling each other making it very unsafe. Staff was rarely at the front desk and no where to be found when needing help. Halls and common areas looked dirty and unkept. There was what looked like blood smeared on the wall next to the housekeeping door by the elevator.

Had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn. Enjoyed the pool and slide very much. Great memories!

It was wonderful having a decent breakfast so handy. We had 2 kids under 6 with us. Could start our day out perfectly. Breakfast room was a little busy on Saturday AM but the lady taking care of it, handled it well and was friendly. We came to this location mainly because of the slide on the swimming pool. Our children really enjoy spending time in the pool. Choice Hotels have been my go-to hotels for 10+ years now.

Had a little trouble with our keycards but that was handled promptly. Not even a complaint. Sometimes that just happens.

it's been a while since i've stayed at a comfort inn, we enjoyed our stay.

loved the pool/waterslide breakfast could use some work - but not terrible new staff, front desk guy didn't know what was for breakfast when a different customer asked (I found it amusing knowing this is a big deal to folks) I asked for bottled water, was told it was in the office which was locked, later I saw there was infused water I could have taken. minor things..

Amazing continental breakfast, the staff was great at keeping food stocked and hot. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was booked to capacity, there was no noise disturbances, wonderfully quiet! They were so accommodating when we needed to check in just before midnight after a late competition.

Overall it was a good stay because the area and breakfast more than made up for any shortfalls.

The breakfast was always well stocked with options and the lady who worked the breakfast every morning seemed to really enjoy her job.

No room service the 3 nights we stayed so we constantly had to ask for bath towels, blankets, pool towels and the trash never got taken out the entire stay.
