I had a place to sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water. There was parking available.

TV did not work. Poor lighting. Outdated and run down. Room keys did not work repeatedly. Very noisy and loud guests. Smelled like cat urine in the halls. AC or fans did not work in the room. No screen in the window to keep the bugs out.

Needs to be cleaned better.

a lot of things for example my room was full of hair I asked for another room no smoking and when I went inside the new room it had cigarettes in the corner of the room and not just that the list goes on and on

they put us in a dirty room , when we go a new room there was no comforter on the bed

Room smelled of cigarettes and urine. Room floor was sticky, pillows had hair on them. Cigarette burns in comforter. Police presence for occupant complaints. Unhelpful staff. We ended up leaving at 2am and slept in our car.

I like the manager Chad a very helpful and understanding man

The front desk is unfriendly housekeeping staff needs to be trained on cleaning and folding the sheets

I had reservation for a two bed room and they gave me one bed and the bed was sinking in also the covers had holes in them

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.no complains...... everything was to my liking...

Convenient location.

Extremely noisy ALL night. Security pounding on our door at 2 AM because they thought they saw people climbing in our room window.....we were the only room in the place that was dark, quiet and peaceful because we were attempting to sleep. Popcorn crumbs in the bed. Dirty floors. No amenities besides a bar of soap. Worst hotel experience of my life!!!

Their need to be a fixed rate rates for the rooms, the rates in my hometown Kansas City don't be that high to where you have to pass on the room.
