The hotel was located in a good spot.
The building is old and everything feels and looks old.

The property is being remodeled at the moment, so I won’t be too harsh. However I love that they are investing in the building. I love that they truly accommodate you while they are doing all of that construction. Also the pool is pretty, I didn’t swim but I took a look, everything is kept up with.
I don’t like that my room 419 had a heavy wind draft in it. It was at times spooky lol until I figured out where it was coming from, and that was the front door. Initially I didn’t like the $200 deposit, but then when I got into the room, I seen it’s a fully stocked bar, another thing I can respect. I only had a water, but was so thankful I had a lot of options, if need be. Prices weren’t horrible.

The $200 hold that is put on my bank account was released yesterday, but as we know, there are 3 types of release: 1. checkout reversal -- NO -- 2 credit -- NO -- 3. and what likely was done, the release of the hold at 7:40 AM on Friday September 1 was sent to the merchant services team of the Royal Palm Beach -- meaning that the $200 is not returned to my account until the earliest Tuesday, since Monday is a holiday. Except for this, and there should be some not on the information, unless I missed it, on your booking page, that this will happen. Otherwise, fine property when the renovation is done. Bonuses ae Winn Dixie supermarket across the street, local bus service also. Staff very friendly. Thus the low marks, only deals with this aspect of $200 being held by the hotel as of today, Saturday, 9/2.
Location fine.

The staff was amazing 😎🤙 from the front desk to the kitchen and the cleaning staff BuT the bartenders (who are also the wait staff) were fantastic in every way
The advertisement for the palace was misleading! The website said it was 800 feet from the beach, which is actually true BUT you can’t access it 😧 you have to walk/ drive a mile to get there!!!

We liked the location and the price for the booking. We also liked the fact that there was a bar next to the swimming pool and a restaurant on site.
That I wasn't advised that this hotel was under construction, and the photos that they provided on the booking website didn't depict what I checked into. The amenities that were guaranteed such as three pools were not assessable, leaving our only option to walk under a hotel that is being renovated and I have to swim where Debree can potentially hit me.

I do not like any air sprays. Could have done without the smelly stuff. No need to breath in febreeze and Lysol

My room in building E was with new and modern design, looks fresh and appliances was new and quality. They are working at renovation of entire hotel, but it was not bothered me, it wasn't noisy and derty.

location
It was absolutely nothing like the pictures! It smelled terrible, the two of the pools were ripped out with no disclaimer anywhere, multiple buildings were also closed down and the staff was rude! There were multiple locations with mold and a definite safety hazard on the third floor railing, which was “fixed” with a piece of plastic fence and two construction clamps!!!

Not much. We had a shower and a sleep.
Admin staff were nice and good.
Everything.
We were in Block D which has not yet been renovated but the photos shown on the website were that of the renovated buildings. When I asked for a room in the renovated building, they said I will have to pay more money.
Aircon was very noisy and had to be turned off. Carpets were filthy and had absolute Black feet from walking inside on the carpet. the cleaning lady was constantly on the phone and made me get the towels from her cart when asked and to place my dirty one in the box. she didn’t speak to us but simply pointed as to not interrupt her call.
The place had a pungent oder that needed a room change and still had smell in the other room. Early morning noise from the cleaners.

Nice location, rooms were amazing. Staff was great whenever we needed anything.
The parking, was horrible.

the room was excellent
both adjacent rooms were making too much noise. I was there for a flight layover and could not get much rest.

Easy access to everything. The room was great, might need a little bit of tlc but good. Pool was great, really couldn’t complain.
Need 2 bar staff at the pool bar. Bahlee (? Spelling) had to take orders for food, then sort out drinks and charge on computer. Obviously needs backup.
Parking charges not good.

The pool was the highlight of the trip, the kids enjoyed the extended pool hours. The convenience of the tiki bar to order lunch and drinks food side was fun for the whole family.
We didn't like that our room was right over the bar so after late night hours when the crowd was still drinking and hanging out we could not settle down and have a good night's sleep until after the group left.
3.5
Room was good, there was some construction work, the pool outside our three of our rooms were not usable
The door to the balcony was poor
