We loved the pool area and the restaurants. My husband loved the Bass Pro shop. I just thought you all needed some more cleaning staff.
You need more cleaning staff.. There were several areas that just needed picked up, wiped up or swept. A lot more. We had no one stop to clean our room - just to take the trash during our stay

We loved the fact it wasn't big, it felt more personal. The pool area was lovely and our room was great. The staff were very friendly.
The fact we had to go home.

Easy entrance and exit. The food from the cafe is always good. I like that it is away from the strip. One of my favorite places to stay.

Great rooms good facilities nice place to stay off the strip amazing pool area.
Walls a little thin could hear the next door guests talking. Housekeeping could have been better.
As with most hotels in Las Vegas the smoking is shocking. I have no problem with people who wish to kill themselves by burning chemicals and inhaling the smoke, that’s their business. The issue is the smoke that infiltrates everything including furniture, carpet, your clothes and hair etc . If you are a non smoker this can be at best annoying and at worst a serious health hazard.

The room was very clean and spacious with a coffee/tea station and complementary water bottles. Plenty of soft towels were provided, the bathroom was spotless with a lot of counter space and a magnifying mirror. The beds were very comfortable with the new high quality linens and blankets.
The shuttle to the airport starts running at 7:30am, the reservation process is very complicated.
The location is off the Strip, there are no busses, only taxis or Uber.
3.5 / 5.0
Convenient to the airport. Clean. Comfortable.
The shuttle hours should be posted on the booking site. We booked specifically for a free shuttle and couldn’t use it because our flight got in at 9:30 PM. I had to pay $45 for a taxi I wasn’t budgeting for paying.
The TV wouldn’t turn off so we had it lighting up the room all night.

Enough to do for a night with my family. Bass pro was fun, dinner and breakfast was decent. Overall it was good being away from the busy strip.
No pool due to remodel but if you wanted to hood it there were pools near by.

シャワー排水。トイレにまで漏れてしまい一回のシャワーでバスマットがびっしょりになってしまう事が残念でした。

Love the room decor!
Too far to walk from parking garage to hotel

Had to cancel reservations because you couldn’t accommodate my parking with a trailer. Ended up having to travel the rest of my way home to California after already being in the road 14 hours. This has been the second time we have had a horrible experience here. Learning our lesson will never stay again.
Accommodations and parking situation. Advised us to park off site but was traveling with very expensive equipment.

I really liked the new updated room. Very nice and comfortable. I've stayed there frequently and loved the new improvements.

The room was gorgeous and super clean. It was great to have 24/7 food options at the same location. Plus the aquarium and bass pro shop are a great bonus here.
I did not love having to pay the resort fee but it is inevitable in Vegas. I also wish you did not have to walk so far from your car to the room.

I love the location of the Silverton. Being able to be in Las Vegas but not deal with the stress of the strip is important to me. We have everything we could possibly need within a mile. The casino and bars are great and there are several places to choose from for meals. Just across the parking lot are shopping and more dining options, it's perfect!
The wall above the shower needed to be cleaned up. It clearly gets avoided. The beds aren't the most comfortable but they're not bad for a few nights. I had booked a room with a single King sized bed and was given a room with double Queens. It wasn't ideal for my anniversary trip but we made do!

The room was fine. Basic modern hotel.
Loved the grassy plot with Adirondack chairs outside the hotel entrance. A nice way to get fresh air and to escape the inside noise.
Very difficult to find the hotel within a big complex. Directions from the road, and the entrance, even with gps, weren't clear. Frustrating.

The bed was amazingly comfortable! One of ghe best.
The room was old and run down. They walls had terrible, peeling patch jobs to the wallpaper. The heater was ancient and maintenance didn't fix it. There was no fridge! The bathroom was cringy.
