I've stayed at Aloft before and have always had a good experience. This stay was disappointing.

Staff was friendly.

1. There was a false eyelash stuck to the hairdryer. Not a great way to get the morning started! I thought it was a huge centipede. 2. The hotel was overbooked. I scheduled a king suite, but was put in a double queen room, #415.

location couldn’t have been better and outside of the spider webs everything was on point!

Would choose this hotel again but maybe a bit more expensive than others in the area

The bed was extremely comfy and soft which I enjoyed. I brought my own pillow which I ‘m glad I did. My hubby said he did not like the ones that were offered in the room.

A Loft never disappoints.

Great location, wonderful staff and very clean. Lots of amenities to enjoy including indoor pool, exercise room and an outdoor patio area. Breakfast is not included but you can purchase something to go. There are also lots of restaurants in the area to purchase breakfast.

Overall stay was good. Room was nice location was nice.

The room kind of smelt bad, couple hairs left in the shower. No free breakfast for the price of the rooms.

I would stay at the Aloft again for location convenience and Nicole's wonderful customer servioce.

I didn't have breakfast- didn't see a dining location even though the website stated $10 for breakfast. Location was great and there were places around we could eat. Most of the front desk staff wasn't to friendly but a big thumbs up to Nicole for her infectious smile, friendliness and caring customer service.

We were disappointed when we got in after 10 pm one night and all the garbage was still in the room, the towels still on the floor. We called front desk immediately and was told rooms are cleaned every other day and we were not informed of this when we checked in. For me, the pillows and bed were to soft so it took me a while to fall asleep.

no food/breakfast available and bar closed; wasn’t advised of this during prior to or during checking in. also dance moms took over entire lobby area with no consideration for others. when leaving early in the morning— man laying on couch in lobby area in pjs/bare feet which was odd.
