WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I drove 8.5 hrs to reach this destination. Upon arrival, i tried to check in. They asked for my ID and CC. I proved my ID and Gift card. They refused to accept Gift Card nor Cash for payment. They denied me. I had to cancel reservation through Booking.com, which i sat in their parking lot for 20 mins snd did. Drove an additional 1.5 hes to a friends house. Called for balance in my Guft Card and found out the room was PrePaid. IF they had looked ip my reservation, they would have seen this. They had NO REASON to turn me away!! Ive demanded a refund, which should have been back on my card yesterday. Ill check today and if its not there. I will be dealing with them again today. Both the Hostess and Manager were VERY RUDE!!

I will not stay in another Wyndham property, the reputation has really suffered when they acquire or take on management

Very old and unkempt. Fixtures were outdated. No lamps or USB outlets in the room. Housekeeper had left bathroom light on and had turned on the heat light. Shower was leaking, very little water pressure. Toilet doesn’t flush correctly. Hallway had several wall repairs that were not done correctly, looked like amateurs tried to fix it. Breakfast was not good. Airport shuttle drivers both directions were chatty about themselves, acted like they knew about everything.

The Microtel by Wyndham SLC Airport was the perfect place to stay when you have a mirni g flight home.

Would NOT recommend this hotel and will NOT stay there again.

Booked 2 rooms got our key cards left and went around Salt Lake came back to the hotel and my daughter’s keycard to her room didn’t work. Found out the receptionist gave us someone else’s room with the same last name as mine so we had to rebook our room. My room 141 smelled really bad like mold, mildew. The bathroom sink leaked everywhere when you turned the water on. You could see in between the door frame and underneath it. Went to get a drink and our keycards to mine and my husbands room didn’t work so we had go back to the night clerk and have him fix our keycards. Honestly the night clerk was the friendliest one at that hotel! Very uncomfortable room to stay in. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was HORRIBLE!!!! The hallway stunk like cat pee and when I mentioned it to the staff, they just sprayed air fresheners everywhere instead of actually cleaning it. The air freshener just made it worse! Disgusting room, extremely dirty and staff not helpful at all! Won’t ever be staying here again!

The facility is tired and in need of a facelift. Good sleep is difficult as it seems like airplanes are landing and taking off in your room.

The breakfast was very good, a great selection and someone always present to refill and clean We appreciated the fact that when they observed that there were 3 of us they gave us extra towels with our us asking.

The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress and pillows, coarse sheets. AC and refrigerator were very noisy. we had to unplug the refrigerator and turn off the AC to be able to sleep.

overpriced for a double bed with just a coffee pot in the room ($101.31 to sleep overnight) ) . Not even a small microwave nor refrigerator. No restaurants around so if people are just staying overnight waiting for a flight the next day without car rental , you’ll be hungry . “Jacob” who was at the desk stated if I ask for a microwave to be put in our room , I have to pay extra. They sell frozen dinners at the lobby but no microwave to heat it up in the room. You have to heat it up in the front lobby. We were waiting at the airport for their shuttle pickup for a long time , just to find out we were given the wrong location by the receptionist . Next time , I won’t be fooled by the location alone . IF I WERE YOU , I’LL THINK TWICE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL. There are other hotels next to them and I’m sure you will get better service , and worth the money you will pay .

We needed a very early shuttle to airport. It arrived at 4:30 AM and the driver was excellent.

Nice clean hotel close to the airport

Convenient to airport. Less expensive than other hotels in that area. Personnel were friendly. Clean room.

Couldn't get a receipt because "the system is down". That is not acceptable. Also, the light in the bathroom automatically comes on when u walk in, which is nice unless u wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and want to go back to sleep. It is very bright.

The motel was clean and looked very nice. Good food close by. Not a lot of traffic. Good location.

The airplanes was noisy but nothing you can do about that.
