Terrible experience. Will not use this hotel again.

Location is good, easy to navigate.

Too noisy. Neighbor next room back at 1 am and party until 3 am. Breakfast selection was really limited.

Broken Promies

the elavator was broken the ice maker was broken the pool was out of order the sink in the room leaked. Staff was unwilling to make any kind of reperation. Would not stay for anything. Complet wasteof 260.00 $$$

The pool was closed and it was not disclosed any where on the website. One reason chose this motel was for the pool since I was traveling with kids

Way over priced for pool being shut down

Seemed to be just finished with remodel, seemed clean

One of the reasons I picked this place through filters on booking was for the pool and hot tub, when arrived there is Utah department of health signs closing the pools on the pool door. So kids were very brought down. Would have been nice if was informed about issue on booking site because definitely would not have stayed.

Overall great experience for the value on booking.com

I loved the large comfy plush bed. It was clean and nicely made.room was large and clean and all amenities were fully stocked.nice big t.v was a plus as well. Bathroom was also nice with a large mirror.

Breakfast was not impressive due to their lack of attention. Would have been a good hot breakfast if everything was regularly replaced and refilled.

3rd time is a charm

The location, and at first the price

Switching 3 rooms, roaches, broken ac, toilet,sink,broken bathroom door, no microwave...1st night 1st room the microwave was missing, the sink would not drain and the toilet ran all night and seat was broken, then to top it off a cockroach.....so we had to move rooms, 1st night second room, staff cranked the heat up to check heater and the ac was broken and we had to open the window with no screen and a baby who wants to go by the window to look out so we left and we had to move to the third room. I did get $28 back out of my 4 night stay..it snowed bad and they won't plow but the staff have family with a tow truck that sit and wait and charge you $50 to help you get unstuck , it doesn't get better than that....and the owners think they did more than enough to help me with my small refund...

slept terribly because the room lights are motion activated so every time i rolled over, the light turned on and woke me up they didn’t snow plow the parking lot cappuccino machine was messed up there was garbage from someone else in the waste basket

Worse best western stay every

We lost power for over three hours and not once did the staff ever check to make sure the guest were okay.. on top of that shower/bath water never would get hot.. at night if you tried to call the front desk they would ignore the phone and when you would walk down to the front desk they would be on their personal phones and tablets after the power went out at 330pm on thursday and came back up 3 hours later they never fixed the phones so the rest of the night there was no internet connection.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room. Hotel seems to have been remodel recently nice room and lobby/eating area.

A bit far to ski but worked out with my rental car.

The house keepers were great at keeping it very nice and getting it looking nice and smelling awesome.

Limited availabilities in rooms either just a microwave or fridge in each room and have to walk to the front office to use their microwave

Good times in Utah

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Facilities were very clean and had a great free breakfast with coffee I could actually drink (I never drink hotel coffee) Location was great we were only.10-15 min away from all activities we had planned. All in all a great place to stay!

The tile in bathroom was bowed and cracked. They would shift whenever stepped on. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was not very good and hot water needed to be turned almost all the way to hot in order to be warm enough to shower if it was in the evening.

For the most part pleased with our stay.

The breakfast had good variety of breads, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Plus the make your own waffles.

The fitness center is in need of a maintenance call. The treadmill’s display wouldn’t light up and the belt felt a little loose. Both the spin bike and the elliptical make horrible noises while in use. A nice variety of free weights.
