The indoor pool and not too far from the beach.

There was mold on the door of the bathroom in both rooms. I'm allergic to mold and so is my nephew that was there. We cleaned it but yall gotta do better.

Good location

Rooms were in need of major updating. Broken toilet in one of rooms and broken closet in our other room. Limited our number of towels to three per room. Had to turn in towels to get fresh ones

Great location and clean comfortable beds. What else do you need?

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Breakfast could have used a few more basic items. Orange juice was broken while we were there. Wasn’t enough Coffee and it didn’t get refilled quickly. No muffins or fruit for quick grab items. Other than that it was very good

The location

The hotel. There was a mildew smell in the room, and thru the whole building. The elevators kept breaking down. I have several other complaints, but I will not be staying in this hotel again. The location is nice but for the price you can definitely stay somewhere nicer.

NEVER AGAIN! We would not return.

The staff was nice

We had a surprise 200 deposit for starters. The spa was closed and we weren’t informed prior. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! Microwave eggs and under cooked sausage, disgusting. we weren’t allowed to have enough towels and wash clothes for our family. We are a family of 4 and only got 3 towels that had to bagged and turned in before we could get clean ones! Absolutely a horrible experience! if we could’ve gotten our money back if we canceled we would’ve stayed ANYWHERE else!

Location was okay, was close to destin and was able to enjoy without the crowds

Room was unsatisfactory, no ironing board, only trash can was in the bathroom, you have to demand cleaning and towels because they only clean your room upon request. The spa was down and the water in the pool looked dirty. The sliding doors for the closet was off track and damaged.

The location was there, and the property looks good from the outside and the inside until I got to my room.

I booked at this location because they had a Jacuzzi and I just had spine surgery and I thought while I was there that night I can utilize the Jacuzzi, unfortunately they didn't have the chemical balance, correct so the pool and Jacuzzi were closed. Very disappointing ! I wish I would've known. I would have gone to property closer to the base where I was going to go. See my son. housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms thoroughly . The TV had a black line up in the middle. The drain in the tub did not drain well at all overall, my room was moved to the fourth floor because of the allergic reaction from the dust ! and I don't like to complain but I use to inspect rooms in a five diamond resort so I know what I'm talking about.

The staff was nice. The room was ok.

The distance to where I was going was NOT 750 feet..was supposed to be the closest to the venue...it was over a mile...not sure if that information was a booking.com error? There was a dirty towel in the sitting area, and a few pieces of popcorn on the counter. Otherwise, it was ok.

To much activity in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe when outside. Couldn't really say that was a breakfast. We went on down the street and paid for breakfast.

I won’t stay here again but was a nice first time to visit Destin.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very big!

The fact that we booked through booking.com and it stated that there was a shuttle to the beach and was laughed at by the hotel night staff when checking in. The pool was broke and looked horrific. And was never notified or discounted for the pool being unusable. Change policy on website because we had to request housekeeping 24 hours prior and that’s not what we read.
