Scared and disgusted

The handicap bathroom

How cops showed up a few times at the facility, seen a few hookers in and out, and the rooms weren’t too clean

Unless your budget is tight go somewhere else.

Good location, helpful staff, free parking, air conditioning was fine, hot water in bathroom. Refrigerator available.

The place needs a lot of work, the room smell was a mix of smoke and other nasty smells. The telephone was not working, the safe was damaged. Microwave is damaged. Pillows were in bad shape. Level of cleanliness is under average. Limited room space.

Location Questionable, but decent room

My room was clean and ac worked. They allow dogs and don't charge a fee for your pet. They didn't require a credit card on file. It was reasonably priced.

The location, it looked like homeless people are living there. Front desk didn't answer after 11pm when calling from phone in room. Some of the other guests were loud and disruptive. Police drive thru parking area regularly.

I’ll never use red roof any where I go

Absolutely nothing it should be sold and demolished

I booked my room they charged me $166 I never stepped foot on the property they now refuse to give me any of my money back I’ll never stay their at any red roof at that

They need to remodel badly!

This property has very little to like. I was not impressed.

The pictures are VERY deceiving and I was in a room smaller thank my closet!

It felt dank, got greeted in the room by a cockroach. The door was missing the safety bolt , it looked like it was kicked in some time ago. the rest of my group had to get several times a new key because the key didn’t work. That seems to be structural as with my check out new costumers complained about the same thing

Very disappointing

The staff was friendly

The ac/heating unit was cover in ice and the floor was cover in water. There were bugs. And people were walking around, yelling and playing outside all night.

Location

Paid for deluxe room paid for more space microwave and fridge couldn't get in 1st room problems with door locks room 104 second room 232 the microwave and fridge didn't work 3rd room 111 had a huge stain on covers and mattress housekeeping staff should communicate more with office and maintenance to insure these problems are addressed before guest arrive we were moved again at 2:30 am to 230 which was a down grade from what I paid for
