I couldn’t sleep after seeing a cockroach crawling on the bed and another one crawling into the hairdryer holder.

They allowed dogs.

It was filthy and infested with cockroaches.

Excellent option to sleep in Lake City

Super clean!! I don't always find hotels where I can say that the cleanliness is excellent. They are also pet friendly. $20 night fee p/dog (at this time)

Exceptional

The pillows could be more firm as well as the beds to make going to sleep comfortable. We always have trouble sleeping with those pillows but love coming to this specific hotel.

Loud people out side room all night, hear all the traffic, no electricity for hours

Very loud area, no electricity for about 7 hours due to an accident. Hotel should invest in a compressor for electricity of some sort

Very good

Appreciated pet friendly room having laminate flooring instead of carpet. Although our dog isn't prone to "accidents" he does drip water from his water dish and track in water on his feet (was raining outside)... the hard flooring made for easy cleanup. Good size room.

Breakfast was minimal at best. Bed springs on one side of the (king size) bed were broken or loose and the bed was sinking on that side and squeeking. Needs a "facelift" in many areas but was generally clean.

Disappointing

The staff is always friendly and polite. I’ve stayed numerous times because I’m frequently in town for events. But this time I had a completely different experience.

This time our room was less then expected based on my previous stays. I had originally booked a king bed room but when I checked in they none left. I had a double bed room. The one bed squeaked so bad you couldn’t sleep on it, and the beds aren’t big enough for two people to sleep on one. The flooring was warped and raised up in some places, I also killed a roach in the room. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed this time staying there. And the room isn’t cheap to stay in either. I’ve always had good experiences staying here, rooms have been excellent and clean, but not this time. I’ll be looking at other hotels in the area when I return.

Musky smell in room. Air unit worked but very loud when it would come on. Every 20/30 minutes. Kept waking us up. Should be a $39 a night place. Not $100

My family and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent stay. Staff conducted themselves in a professional manner. Also, I was really pleased with the beds they were very comfortable to sleep on. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you, for the enjoyable stay.

In my opinion, "The breakfast that was offered to the guests, did not meet my expectation." But, it would not keep me from booking another stay with you.
