I’ve stayed here before, and I guess in a pinch, it’s an ok hotel.

The staff is awful. I booked this hotel for my mother and uncle, on my card. The man working that night, wouldn’t release the room to them, even though they were listed as guests. My uncle then asked if he could book another room, and the person working told him, “no.” It was about 3am, my time, and I’m on the phone with this person and he was extremely RUDE! He hung up on me and then never answered calls. My mom and uncle, eventually, got into the room. The following morning, they refused to give my uncle the invoice/receipt for the night, and said, “why do you need it? You didn’t even pay for the room.” Come to find that the morning person happens to be the son of the rude man working the night shift. Spend a little more and stay at the Hampton down the road. It’s so much nicer and the staff isn’t rude!!

Very friendly helpful staff. Nice size & comfortable room. Good value.

The grab & go breakfast items were very sugar oriented. I liked the yogurt, which was the only item I ate.

Yelling in hall, slamming doors, vending machines didn’t work and neighbors were dropping things or falling down. Afraid to leave room. I will never go back there again.
