Nothing
It say breakfast on the cite but didn't have any. Wifi didn't work! Room was not clean at all. Hair and dirt all over the room. Bathroom smelled like old mop water. Flies all over. The girl at the fest was rude. Employees knocking on room door asking if we are staying way before 11am check out!

They had a room available, so that was good.
The tv didn’t work. Then the electricity went out, so no a/c or lights for 95% of our stay.

It was clean enough considering it’s an older property. The bed was comfy and not saggy as some are. The staff was nice. The first room they gave us was next to a very noisy family. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us. It’s within walking distance to a Starbucks where we had breakfast both mornings.
Walls are very thin. There was a plastic mattress cover on the bed. It made sleeping noisy and hot. I would suggest putting a cotton mattress pad over the plastic one.

bed had very noticable plastic mattress cover, should have a pad or something. After room cleaning; disposable cups were not replaces, bottom sheet wasn't fitted.

It was fairly cleaned
Wi-Fi did no good, felt like a convalescent hospital, they tried to charge my credit card twice.

It did not feel safe. Signs hung everywhere stating the hotel is not responsible for stolen property. The back of the key card suggests to use the deadbolt while in your room and to never answer the door without identifying the person. Other customers expressed the same creepy feeling they felt. I did not feel safe with my family.
There were water stains on the ceiling. There was paint chipping in the bathroom off the walls. The bathroom walls were not clean. The building smelled.

The bathroom is all right for disabled person.
The staff was so unfriendly. I never experienced that before. Nothing was explained and you bother them when you ask for more details.
On booking, it was written that there is a breakfast. This is a lie... There was no breakfast at all.
The heater was so dusty that we started to get bad allergy.
Do not go there, this is not your money worth.

I’ve stayed here before, and I guess in a pinch, it’s an ok hotel.
The staff is awful.
I booked this hotel for my mother and uncle, on my card.
The man working that night, wouldn’t release the room to them, even though they were listed as guests.
My uncle then asked if he could book another room, and the person working told him, “no.”
It was about 3am, my time, and I’m on the phone with this person and he was extremely RUDE! He hung up on me and then never answered calls.
My mom and uncle, eventually, got into the room.
The following morning, they refused to give my uncle the invoice/receipt for the night, and said, “why do you need it? You didn’t even pay for the room.”
Come to find that the morning person happens to be the son of the rude man working the night shift.
Spend a little more and stay at the Hampton down the road. It’s so much nicer and the staff isn’t rude!!

Very friendly helpful staff. Nice size & comfortable room. Good value.
The grab & go breakfast items were very sugar oriented. I liked the yogurt, which was the only item I ate.
