Close to interstate but seems safe

The room wasn't completely clean. When we got our key and went to our room the door was propped open as if the maid was still working. Our floor wasn't mopped, vacuumed, no washcloths or body gel. We put our things away and maid never came back..

Cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair on the toilet seat and hair on the ground next to the shower. Bed was very uncomfortable

Was bummed to arrive and find out the hot tub was undergoing maintenance and had been out of service already for about a week. I wish I had known that before booking as that was the primary reason I stayed here rather than a less expensive alternative in town. There were some stray hairs in my bathroom and the pillows were way to big and hard for my taste.

I skipped the breakfast, as I try not to eat processed food so nothing to rate there. Brinley, the swing shift front desk person was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is fairly new, so it is quite clean. The pool and the hot tub were great after a day of driving. The location, right off the freeway is super convenient and there are three or four places to eat within walking distance. I hit legal tender because I wanted a walk. It was definitely just ok.
Workout facility is pretty small, two treadmills, one ellipical and a stationary bike and a universal type machine for resistance. At just under $200 a night, it is a bit pricey but its good not to worry about bed bugs when you are going to sleep

The attending person was extremely nice and helpful
The bed was super hard , I could barely sleep and then there was no strong coffee , really a shame !

Property was filthy. Giant fans came on snd rattled building so badly that a bottle of water vibrated off the table. Impossible to sleep. Management DID NOT CARE.
NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL. COFFEE TASTED LIKE SEWER WATER.
Everything. Terribly run property.

There was trash in our trash an upon our arrival. There was soap debris in our shower from previous guests. Breakfast items (bread, muffins, yogurt) were gone by 00815 and although the staff was lingering in the adjoining room, items were not refilled. There was no TV remote but there was a note from the previous guest on the floor stating that there was no remote.

They were out of soap! Literally, no soap. I had to go to Walmart and buy my own. Room refrigerator, microwave tv were all unplugged and they didn't tell me about that. I had to figure it out myself and fix it myself. It took a long time for the refrigerator to cool down making me have to ice the cold food I bought at Walmart in the bathroom sink with literal ice from the ice machine.

Great value and location
