The garden and art
The front desk receptionist when checking in was very rude and unwelcoming

В номере нет халатов и холодильника, при уборке вода не пополняется персоналом. Бар на первом этаже, где можно брать воду, закрывается рано, и становится невозможно попросить воду или лед поскольку вечером там нет персонала. По выезду из отеля был выставлен штраф в $500 за уборку из-за курения, в номере никто не курил, после выяснения проблемы с персоналом и предложения зайти в номер и убедиться, что в номере никогда не было дыма (по крайней мере во время нашего пребывания в отеле), персонал сказал, что дым был зафиксирован 5 дней назад датчиком и по правилам отеля они могут только написать компании, которая производит датчики, чтобы убедиться в их достоверной работе. На вопрос почему персонал своевременно не сообщил о проблеме или не пришел в номер, чтобы убедиться, что правила не были нарушены, ответа от персонала не последовало, лишь утверждения, что по правилам они обязаны взять штраф.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant for Sunday Brunch was great. Close to Metro. Great atmosphere in this area. Bed was comfortable.
Quality of finish in the bathroom area (poorly applied sealant really spoiled the look). Ridiculously small sink. Needs returns and pelmets for the curtains to block the light. No stand for luggage

Great location, near restaurants, shops and subway & city bikes. Staff was great and elevators were quick! We got a corner room in a high floor and views were amazing!
The room distribution was a bit "tricky".

I love the location of the property, our was room was kept clean and the bed was so so comfortable. Perfect and cozy, we will definitely book again when in town😊

La ubicación y la vista de la ciudad es bella
Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, no tienen el mantenimiento correcto, la cabecera se estaba descarapelando, no hay espacio de guardado de maleta, el closet super angosto, la comida del hotel no es tan buena, la atención en recepción no es tan amable como deberian

I recently stayed at this hotel for a work trip and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room was the epitome of comfort and coziness, offering a peaceful and quiet environment that contributed to excellent sleep, especially thanks to the fantastic bed. The cleanliness and completeness of the bathroom amenities were commendable. What made the stay particularly enjoyable was the friendly and attentive staff, who ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. Based on this visit, I would definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

The staff were the best part, so was the view in my room. Also when the bathroom broke down they were very kind enough to give me a complimentary upgrade and an apology note. I think that was so sweet of them.
The only minor thing I didn’t like was the lack of a boiler to be able to brew my own coffee or tea. Otherwise it had everything else I needed.

Il faisait froid dans les chambres a cause de l'isolation des fenêtres.
Le personnel n était pas toujours très avenant, notamment au cafe.
Un seul tapis dans la salle de sport c est moyen.
Aucun désinfectant dans la salle de sport ce n est pas normal.
Les serviettes qui ne sentent pas le frais, c est vraiment moyen.
A part la tv, aucun équipement (pas de machine a cafe).
3 ascenseurs, ce n est pas assez

Bad hotel, not 4 stars, not value for money. Noisy rooms, you live with your neighbor! Bad plan of the room with the sink close to your bed! Tiny closet or no closet to be honest, no only one minimum space for tshirt or bras, I use the hole of the non-existent fridge. Noisy heat of the 80s. Poor linen without iron. Minimalist decoration, means no only a plug close to your bed...elevators of more tha 15 minutes waiting, all the clientes climbing a narrow stairs....
2 stars in Europe with a price of 5 stars in NY due to a plastic ivy. arcs at the front door.

Excellent location, great and unbelievable view from the superior room which I definitely recommend. Very pleasant garden for the breakfast, the hotel is super nice, staff very friendly and helping.

Outdated rooms, bed frame falling apart, 2/3 elevator gets too crowded as only 2/3 worked.
$43 amenity fee but no amenities?
F&B charged me $100+ although I didn’t ordered or sign anything from restaurant/bar

The location, this is the only fault but the streets didn’t feel too safe at night. I sometimes travelled solo and this was a big issue for me.

The room was a bit small, also, the person next door spoke really loud and I could hear it.
