Great space. Me, hubby, daughter, and granddaughter stayed in a suite. Had a pullout and two tv’s.

The rooms were nice and cozy

Pool closes early @8.

The pool area was under renovation.

I was not comfortable with my stay due to unhealthy conditions in my room.

It was conveniently located near the airport/ next destination.

My room had water damage/ mildew that impact my breathing as I have asthma. I was uncomfortable most of the night.

Bad location next to homeless shelter hotel. Smells like smoke. Shady people hanging out in parking lot. Rooms dirty and smells like mold and smoke

My fan didn't work,and had to ask each day for clean towels. Pool closed earlier than posted.

It was the best breakfast ever. Will use there services again.

It was clean and quiet, and the staff was so professional in dealing with situations.

The long hallways. I would have preferred the first floor. But other than that, it was great.

It was great

We didn't get breakfast from there but I can say that we was able to make our breakfast there and that was pretty cool and also the location was perfect because it close to mostly everything

Rooms were dirty and the sheets were crumpled and scratchy. it looked like someone had slept in them.

Find something better !

My room was spacious

Not clean, no proper breakfast, dirty kitchen and dishes. Very old property, not worth the price

The breakfast was ok, I've had much better at other hotels. I must say Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. My main purpose of booking this hotel was the indoor pool and spa and it was close to the airport. The pool was not in service nor the spa, when the elevator door opened and closed it sounded like an old service gate, and when I was on my was to my room someone's dog was barking so loud I wouldn't have gotten any rest. Tiffany again was kind enough to accommodate us with another room. The room was ok but the bed was comfortable. Tiffany gave us an alternative but it would have been too time consuming. She's special.

Keep your website updated boldly enough for people can see if certain accommodations are altered. Breakfast could have been better maintained. A tray was missing from the meat side of the buffet, the jelly was old because it was runny, the creamer was empty and the staff never checked the entire Breakfast area.
