Left early if that helps

Breakfast was decent staff were friendly

Arrived to be told that we got lucky cause rooms are first come first serve even though we had reserved room .there were only two towels in room and no linen for pull out bed .parking was very limited ..room was nothing like online pictures not even close .we won't be returning to this location.

Exceptional

Engaging, helpful staff that was family friendly and showed refreshing hospitality. Pool was great diversion for the kids, breakfast was hot and fresh.

Elevator car 2 made some concerning noises on the way up to the fourth floor, but the front desk said a company was coming to fix it and it was safe to use.

the pool had so much much chlorine or whatever chemical they use in it that it burned your eyes not even being in the pool. so the kids didn’t get to use the pool the whole purpose to going there

It was good except for the first over night Stay when trying to have breakfast.

The location near family members, clean and comfortable bed in the room.

I was told breakfast is from 6am to 10am, when my husband and I arrived to breakfast the next day a little after 9:30am there was no more potatoes and the workers there were saying that’s all their is and no one’s making more. My husband was really upset with their laziness.

I like your hotel room, but if you guys not fixing swimming pool I'm not back again. my boys was disappointed.

That location is good, Target just 3minute driving.

OMG! swimming pool need water changing. It was too dirty. People hair was floating in the water, and there were bubbles, but strange white bubbles were floating around. And it looked like a runny nose. Just thinking about it makes me Disgusting.

we opted to not eat breakfast there. The bed was great...usually the mattresses are too soft but this was just the right firmness. Also, the room was dark and quiet.

The room was not ready for anyone. Manager great and very responsive to all things wrong.

Everything met all expectations. Hot breakfast that were expected to be so. The breakfast staff were so friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to be there.

I will not return due to excessive pet fee cost for a 10 pound dog. Also room cost was expensive for what we had.
