Extremely disappointing. Won't book at Hilton again.

We did not go to breakfast. The best thing was used was valet parking.

Room not clean. No coffee cups or glasses in room. Requested 3 times before front desk supplied them. 1 towel in room. Requested several times before we received more clean towels. No bath soap in container. Could never get wifi to work. Requested to speak with manager and he did not come out to speak with us

Definitely my top choice

I love the whole place, I ventured around and saw how big it was and love it. I really love the outdoor sitting area with the patio heaters.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't see turkey bacon or turkey sausage on the buffet. But I was fine with the selection .

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Riverwalk und gegenüber vom Kriegschiff North Carolina. Man kann gut zu fuss laufen.

Beautiful Property on the Water

Property was conveniently located in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Right on the river walk. Rooms were nice size with a great view of the river.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Bathroom counter space is small

A few broken items in our room. Toilet paper holder was broken off.

Dirty room, dirty blankets, towels. Huge Disappointment!

Huge disappointment! Room was not clean, there were previous quest’s underwears and towels and blankets were dirty. I shared the photos, please check. I’ve never experienced such a thing in my life. Room has only 1 soap which was not enough for 3 adults. Room was good but beds were small like twin beds. We arrived to room little late and did not realize room was used by another quest before us. Since we have a baby, we did not want to move to another room in the middle of the night. We know US hotel and service quality is extremely low but this was far low beyond the lowest bar ever.

If you wanted to stay somewhere clean this is the place. Aside from that I’d go somewhere else.

It was very clean

The air in my room didn’t work the first night, no refrigerator in rooms, and the fire alarm going off at four in the morning. Not a single worker on the shift knew how to turn it off.

The bar. We were there on a busy night. Only one poor lady working the bar. It took almost 40 minutes to get three drinks. We got two and then she moved onto another customer (this happened to several customers- started orders and didn’t finish)

Decent but not worth the price!

The location was central for everything I wanted to do. The view from the hotel was nice and the staff were very nice and friendly.

The pictures advertised on booking is not how the hotel looks as far as the rooms so that would be false advertisement. Valet left my doors open to my car I still need to check to see if anything of value is missing.

Staff was great! Great location, great rooms, pool is really nice!

Bathroom drains were kinda slow & there is no refrigerator in most rooms, but that’s the only downside to this whole hotel so can’t complain!

The hotel really needs to improve the house keeping and cleaning service. The bathroom was not clean, yellow stain on silicon rubber everywhere, the grout between tiles is molded also the bowl itself wasn’t clean. We booked cleaning service as requested the day before, however no one came to clean the room even though I called receptionist again and was promised that my room would be cleaned. We went downstairs to reception to ask at least give us two sets of clean towels. Again, we promised that the towels will be delivered to our room. However, after we came back from dinner around 10pm. No room cleaning and no towels. By the end we had to go downstairs again to collect towels and toilet paper by ourselves. I was also charged three payments for no reason. Then talked to receptionist to figure out the payment, the receptionist said it was just taken by mistake. What awful service!

Very good

The location was wonderful! The front desk was very helpful and helped us plan a few excursions during our stay.

The phone in my hotel room did not work. The hotel had a shortage of washcloths. I wish the rooms offered a balcony but this was not a deal breaker for me when I made my reservations.

We had to switch rooms better sheets had blood on them. The manager was accommodating but the inconvenience was unacceptable.
