king room, nice shower
staff who checked me in was off putting. price for what I got was high.

The room keys would reset every day, causing us to have to get new keys every single day. Other friends that were staying in the hotel had the same issue. The staff said it was something with their doors. On our last night after a long day out, we had to get new keys made again. When we went down to the desk, there was a note saying it was shift change and someone would be back in 20 minutes…we were locked out of our room and had to wait in the lobby. It was well over 30 minutes until someone showed up (and that’s just from the time we had been sitting there waiting). The whole hotel was left without ANY employees on site for over 30 minutes.. someone even came in looking to get a room for the night and left because there was nobody working. Aside from all this, there was no fan in the bathroom, so the bathrooms were gross after showering, there was no way to shut the actual curtains (only the sheer ones would close fully) and the room was musty and felt damp. The hotel had a weird smell.

The staff went above and beyond. They were very helpful, cordial and pleasant. I was greeted each time I entered and left. They went out of their way to help.
The parking lot had a lot of cigarette butts up against the sidewalks. I would suggest all Hampton's create a covered smoking area for their employees away from the front of the hotel.

The room was very clean and staff was nice.
The entry way was extremely slippery. the inside of the building is in need of repair as wallpaper is coming off the wall in various places of the hotel. the decor is extremely outdated. we weren’t offered the usual Diamond member amenities nor did we receive them. the price was way higher than other hotels in area and we chose this one because of diamond status and usual high standard accommodations and was very disappointed. I won’t stay in this one again.

I got overcharged for my room. It should have been $384.36 and I got charged $209.44 for the first night and $334.88 for the second night.

Better Hampton room - square room which made it seem more spacious than usual rectangle and seemingly larger bathroom. On ground floor but very quiet - just beyond pool and meeting rooms. Much better breakfast than usual.

Quick check in and out. Friendly staff and close to a number of places to eat. We were only passing through the area so checked in late and out early.

I was overcharged. Booked through Booking.com at one price, then received an electronic receipt for a larger amount. This was finally corrected but it took two phone calls to get it fixed.
