The reservation stated breakfast included. We did not have breakfast. They told U.S breakfast was not included
We had no hot water in shower or sink and a bug in the bathroom

The location of the property is very quiet from traffic noise. Wouldn't know about breakfast because it is pay only and the prices were ridiculous!
First of all your front desk staff needs to be within hearing distance of the front desk if they are not going to be out at the front desk. I don't what was going on but at check in she ran in from the outside and she had three people behind us waiting and it was almost 9PM. Secondly, the property is a bit dated. Lastly, Check out we couldn't find the front desk staff AGAIN. To tell her that there are bugs in our room! Yes Lady Bugs, but they were crawling toward our luggage...gross! Pouring down rain and there were no umbrellas to share. Not very customer oriented. Unfortunately trash came at 7:45 AM under our window and then housekeeping tapped at the door next to us at 8:15 and it startled us thinking someone was at our door. Just not a relaxing stay. The finishing touch was going down and realizing that breakfast wasn't included (my fault for missing that detail). But at check in she could have said Cash only Breakfast available from this time to that time. But she just said Breakfast is available. And the lady running that is not pleasant. She should watch rolling her eyes at guests .....she is inappropriate for that position. You need all new staff except for the one Housekeeper who greeted us with a smile. Other than that we felt we were bothering the whole staff. AND GET SOME COMPLIMENTARY UMBRELLAS!!!

The staff was very accommodating. Assisted with a room for my daughter and family when their room at another hotel was double booked. Staff even got the 🔥 place up and running when I asked. Couldn't have asked for better staff members to assist with our needs.
Hilton itself was trying to run my card used to hold the room prior to arrival and then again after a card was given to pay for the room. Booking.com was called and also the main Hilton number and this was resolved by the front desk people in the lobby at the Hotel. She was excellent. I asked her name but already forgot

The staff made up for the dislikes of the hotel for the most part.
The rooms were not clean, there was hair scattered around the room and it had a funny unpleasant smell. The listing also stated that they had a hot tub but they had the hot tub taken out and it was no longer there. My husband and I chose this hotel because we stayed once before. They had a heated indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. Neither of those things were working when we got there. We also cleaned the room better than the way it was upon arrival & everything was left it tact but we never received our deposit back from the hotel.
