I want stay at a Microtel Inn again if that is there policy to charge for early check.

I was charged $10 for checking in 45 minutes early which is the first time I've ever been asked to pay for arriving early to a hotel and my room ready for check in. I didn't get a refund for checking out at 8am next morning.

Location is wonderful middle of everything less then 10 minutes from Walmart/HEB lots of restaurant near byb

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I want to give a shoutout to the young man (Andy Patel) who assisted us during check-in and check-out. He was very friendly and helpful, even helping us get into our room due our son was sleeping too hard to wake up and open the door for us. Andy, thank you so much for being so helpful and patience

Excellent Stay

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Non-Handicapped Vehicles parked in handicapped restricted spots. Enforcement was not apparently a priority.

I enjoyed my stay here. Sam the front desk was great. She made conversation with you she recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast in the morning was good. Hadn’t ever seen a Texas shaped waffle before. That was really neat. I had room 316 and the ac in that room was fantastic got really cold. The pool was great very clean water was a Crystal blue. If your needing a place to stay I recommend this place. Was a very great experience and very clean.

Perfect

Absolutely everything. The staff was very friendly. The front desk person Melissa was amazing. Quick check in. Made conversation with you. She gave me a good recommendation on food and boy was she not wrong! Housekeeping services everyday, and Wi-Fi was great. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall a GREAT steal at the prices they charge.

Solid breakfast, great rooms, great AC, very clean. Staff was great and always helpful. There was even an issue with the building power overnight but it was quickly resolved. Overall a GREAT steal at the prices they charge.

Spend your money somewhere else as you can do much better.

The location is good and the few people we spoke to on staff were polite and helpful. The beds were mostly comfortable and the shower was good.

In general the hotel and the rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. Paint splatters in bathroom and bedroom, moldy smell in the lobby, just generally dirty. Breakfast was all carbs, parking was very tight and there were several cars of people just hanging out and drinking 40's when we parked. Not a great impression and there did not appear to be any security if needed. Overall a very poor experience versus the price we paid. We travel a lot and I was very surprised as I've stayed here before the current management has allowed it to fall apart. Forgot the cockroaches in the bathroom...

needs a good cleaning and updating.

location was good, staff was very friendly but the room was very hot ac was on 61 and it was still very hot both day. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable there were ants on the table under tv and a big roach in the shower. We didn’t make a big deal we were already settled in for the 2 days we were there we just won’t be back.

Overall it was a good overnight stay.

Location was good and easy to find from hwy.

Not all perimeter doors worked with key card. Waffles were good but Breakfast needed some kind of protein.

Very dirty. I could tell if blood or poop was on the bathroom wall. Dead bugs. Elevator sounded like it was going to break. Very dirty walls.

I booked the hotel 3 weeks before, and payed completely; unfortunately, I had to reschedule. I asked many times to please reimburse or give me a discount because I booked again the same hotel. NOTHING. So we ended up paying doble the price. No empathy or Compassion….

The location was in a great place. Restaurants near by were amazing, lots of options. The staff was extremely helpful when I need an extra towels . The breakfast was great loved the Texas shape waffles. I would book here again.

would be better if the weed smoke wasn’t prevalent from 9 to 3 am

the amount of weed smoking throughout the property was unbelievable. man smoking a joint at the door when I arrived…weed smell in the lobby took elevator to third floor and weed was massive. went in my room weed smoke persistent throughout. as a gov contractor this is unacceptable and I’m not sure I slept because I was tired or high! absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable

Apparently lost my money my lady friend who booked the room asked them nicely to refund or issue a free night for anothe

location price BEFORE I got screwed having to pay because of non cancellation policy and since I didn’t even get to check in

Rude demanding manager who said I needed to pay for some towel in the sink from previous night wanted additional $20 I lost my temper after hard day at work and left and went to nice folks at the garden Inn nearby.
