I liked the amenities.
I didn't like the stains in the ceilings in the room, the door in the bathroom had crap on it, and the fan in the bathroom noise was very loud.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. It was very busy as expected(Prom season, family reunions, ect) but they handled everything very well.
The security officer could have spoken to the visitors and residents a little better when directing traffic. I also had an awareness in my room that I discussed to the front desk representative that I wish not to share publicly.

location, outside of hotel was nice.
The lock inside the door not be broken, the sink plunger working, having hot water in the shower, pillows were flat, there as not a blackout blinds, there are no premium tv channels.
The breakfast omelet took so long, that I gave up and went back to my room.
There was no Diet Coke in the afternoon.

Clean but dated
The front desk did not bring up the extra pillows we asked for. my husband had a cold and couldn’t sleep laying flat on the bed. We asked the front desk for extra pillows and they said they would bring some up but never did.

Nothing
Everything. Staff rude. Room smelled like mold. Felt like 1978. The Ruth’s Chris in the lobby was a complete failure. I cannot understand how Embassy Suites and Ruth’s Chris to have their brand on this location. Embarrassing.

Building needs to be renovated, leaking ceiling. Everything is out dated. Safety violation waiting to happen.
The staff. TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE!!! They gave my room away from me and my family and downgraded us. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel without charging me the full amount. $549 for the room, got charged over $750.

Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly!
The hotel needs to be updated. It is old, things are broken and it just looks gross.
2.0
Breakfast was good and in a good location. Servers were friendly, nice and did a good job.
Room needed to be cleaner especially the carpet and baseboards. Bolt missing on toilet seat and handle loose. Drapes pulled off of track and hard to open and close. Many dirty windows. Luggage were were in terrible shape and needed more of them. Revolving door at entrance not operating. Table tops in breakfast area need to be refinished. It all needs painting and brightening up.

The staff was friendly and I had no issues
I stayed in 2 separate rooms and both were not up to standards in regards to cleanliness. I was extremely disappointed and there were ink stains on the wall, hairs in the sink, and the counters were sticky.

Love the convenience of having the room, pool, atrium area, fish pond, and Ruth's Chris all in the same building. It was a great destination stay for my family and friends-3 rooms, seven adults and 3 small children.
The wear and tear of the interior of the hotel. All places except for the pool showed signs of neglect and damage. The rooms had wall sockets that were loose and coming off the walls, lamps were wobbly and had dented shades, cabinet doors in kitchenette were falling off the cabinets, curtains were pulled off the rods, every edge and corner of the walls were scraped and dented, the toilets were wobbly and running all night. The armoires and tables were damaged and the mattress was awful. When you laid on the mattress you rolled to the center as the support was no longer there on each side. There was only one bedside table for two people. The breakfast was surprisingly bad except for omelets and waffles. The fresh fruit offered was old and bruised. The scrambled eggs were like a sponge. The tables were sticky even when wiped down and dried, mostly due to the humidity in the atrium. The interior of the elevators were scratched and smeared around the elevator buttons and the edges of the interior walls were dented and dinged.
The air conditioning in the pool and the rooms rattled with noise. The rooms smelled musty and the bathrooms smelled of mold. The exterior windows had leaky seals and the windows were foggy to look through. I have stayed at this hotel 10-15 times in the past 25 years for a family and friends get together, and I have provided comments each time as the hotel has become worse and worse in interior maintenance of rooms and general areas. Very little effort has been made in my opinion to fix and update the rooms, and the price you pay for the rooms is too high for such low quality.
