It’s okay for one night.

It is close to stadium for concerts.

It was not in the best area of San Jose, not exceptionally clean but decent for one night, and bathtub/shower did not work properly and didn’t look well taken care of.

I liked the new room key system with a code instead of a plastic key card

I didn’t like how uncomfortable the bed was. It felt like a blow up mattress

Great hotel for the money.

Breakfast is excellent. There are refrigerator and microwave. Beds are very comfortable. There are free parking.

There is no safe in the room. My room is facing the street even I request the room facing the back. There are cars and street noises (construction) make it difficult to sleep in.

Lovely hotel, odd check-in

Comfortable room, convenient having breakfast on offer- a good base for your visit.

Very odd system of check-in through a screen to a remote staff member. A pretty strange and impersonal experience, and not one I would want to encourage in any more hotels.

Not a good stay and nothing was done to compensate the inconveniences

Plenty of parking and property is secured

I asked for early check in and they wanted to charge me $50.00 which I declined and kept checking in at 3pm. Got there on time and room was t ready. It was ready 45 minutes later. The tv didn’t work, there was no phone in room and continental breakfast was beagles, cereal and coffee only. Very misleading. The jetted tub was so dirty and smelled like mildew!!!

The front desk was helpful, especially the night staff. They also had a vending machine with decent options.

When we arrived to our room it was way smaller than expected. The room looked like it wasn’t tidy, there was dust on things including all over the a/c vent. There were hardly any amenities. 1 body towel despite booking for 3 people. 1 roll of toilet paper. No comforters, just sheets. Had to ask for all of these things when it should’ve been provided from the beginning. The comforters were also just fleece blankets and not actual comforters. Felt like a step up from a Motel 6 which is unacceptable for the price you’re paying. The front desk told me they had a week left in business which is why they didn’t have enough inventory. Shouldn’t that be a disclaimer before you book or reflect in the pricing? Very odd experience to say the least.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and I thought the aesthetics of the overall hotel was nice. It was well located to Santanna Row.

Misleading hotel. Go somewhere else.

The breakfast is just a bag with juice boxes, granola bars and mini muffins. The location had homeless people outside at night doing strange things. There was even homeless people in the hotel garage.

The junior suite with the hot tub is a SMALLER room than the king bed room that they charge far less for. It's incredibly misleading to put the word "suite" in the title of a room and charge more for it yet the room is smaller than some of the far cheaper options. I feel ripped off to be honest.

The only problem I had with the hotel was that breakfast did not include any protein. I was unable to eat anything. I had chosen your hotel because it stated you served breakfast. Even yogurt would have been acceptable.

Breakfast Could last til 10am or leave some toast at the door. I am a pm shift worker for over a decade. That would have been a nice gesture.

Instead of tanbark, have a patch of grass since the area to poop is so small for the pets to use. No pet likes tanbark real or fake grass is way better!

Not bad for the budget tier, but definitely no frills.

Friendly staff, good location, ample and easy parking.

The complimentary breakfast is laughable. On my second day, my shower expelled HUMAN WASTE from a sewer backup, soaking the carpet. They gave me a new room promptly, but that’s a significant plumbing problem. They have curtailed housekeeping service because of COVID, but when I asked for more toilet paper they asked when I would like to pick it up — the least they could do is put it in my room! On the whole, the hotel is just a bit shabby; it attempts to look nice, but it’s a thin veneer. It’s the little things: fixtures in need of repair, coffee machines but no creamer, a jer tub with no controls for the jets. It would be easy to make some improvements and up the quality substantially.

The bed was very comfy and everything in the room worked and the blue LED lights were pretty cool, I enjoyed the “hot tub” aka XXL bathtub with 4 very light jacuzzi jets, but that is only because I’m a very small person, so to me it was definitely closer to a hot tub than bathtub. My husband did not day the same. Also, even with Covid, the snack breakfast wasn’t bad. Lady at the front desk that checked us out was nice. Also still trying to decide if I liked that the front desk was on second floor, kind of different.

The fact that they advertise a Hot tub in the room when really it’s just a very large bath tub with jets, in the bathroom with a shower above it. Also you could tell it was pretty run down and they just went over the old crap to redo the bathroom to make it look nicer. And there was mildew on the jets in the tub. Also, kuerig in the room would have been awesome if it wasn’t so dirty, because the coffee at the “breakfast” was HORRIBLE. Also 3rd floor was slightly noisey, and the area was SUPER ghetto even the hotel seemed fancy. And guy at the counter when checking in talked way too fast and wasn’t very welcoming.
